HERE's something sad and hysterical. One Little League game I played my normal 2 innings but never got to bat. I told the kid who always replaced me that he was now in the field. He played the 3 outs, then was the first to bat in the next half-inning.

HOWEVER, neither coach wanted the replacement but assumed the other did it. When the kid walked the other team called it to the ump, and the kid was out for playing out-of-order. I got an earful for that.
