Its actually not the brushes that could have done the injrues its the chemicals that the system uses (Pre-Soak Espically if the heated type) but the top over carage brush could have caused injuries of its spining RPM was the same as as the front grill brushes

those weren't nylon brushes lol, they were soft touch foam brushes, here in england we have propper nylon bushes.

I am surprised this person did not suffer any injuries as the car wash had nylon brushes which could have caused some injuries and bruises etc.
