  • Body aches are symptoms of detoxing. When you drastically change your diet to healthy raw foods your body begins a detox process.You body is now able to heal itself,including old scar tissue meaning old injuries may start hurting a little bit again as the scar tissue completely heals and your body is restored. If you experience more aches and pains it is due to detoxing and you should be really happy about them because they are milestones of your body healing and becoming more healthy!Good job.

  • Great Job on the Raw foods diet! I don't think I would have the strength to do it! Yeah for good health!!!! I understand pain, before I started to lose weight this time I had severe joint and muscle pain....I can't ever get THAT big again.....I FELT AWFUL! Awesome job on the step aerobics! Keep up the great work girl! :-)

  • I'm happy to hear that you are doing well going raw. The dehydrator is a helpful tool when going raw as well as a good blender. I always do raw ice cream, I usually just juice 4 oranges and 4 apples put that in a blender as a base then add a banana, half a pineapple, 2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil and agave nectar to taste about 3 tbs, blend and freeze. Very easy.

  • I have made mamy recipe vids and are posting them now that I have access to the computer again. It ruff being on vacation with out my pc, I tell you. The Ice Cream Maker came from MEIJER a store in Michigan however Its a lot like the ones at Walmart that you don't have to add the salt just freeze the base.

  • I think i will look for one. I haven't had icecream since June. Brusters, (better than dairy queen any day) was my favorite, because it was so fattening. If I can make it healthier I can start having it again sometimes. I don't really miss it, but I think about it every once in a while.

  • I heard that you can make it in the blender also with a frozen bannanas and almond milk.

  • I don;t know, I drink enough smoothies. That don't sound too much like real icecream.

  • Be careful becaue it may be a chiropractic issue. If one leg is hurt mor e than the other than it could b ea compensation due to a spinal imbalance. In short, you could be using one leg more than the other and that leg i complaining from the over use, a chiropractor could get you aligned so that your weight is distibuted evenly to both your right and left leg. Just pray about it
