Great video, always nice to have Contra Dancing get the spotlight. Have many new dancers shown up at the venue due to this news segment? RE the dizzy thing around 3:30, take ginger root before the dance helps too.
Also the learning curve of Contra is easy, go to the lessons before the dances (most venues have this a half hour or so b4 the main dance), and learn the steps. Most find that After about 4 or 5 evenings they are dancing well with the group.
