I have a suggestion ... to any person that does not have a steady hand, to draw a line under the eye, use an angle brush and put the liquid on it and draw carefully with the brush ... this will enable you to give a precise line at any thickness.

Baby wipes. That's the fastest if you're going to apply more (such as for stage, which is my experience). But if you just wanna get the bulk off, baby wipes and then wash your face with a face soap.

Use the most hypo-allergenic wipes you can find,a nd don't press too hard, because it'll make your face raw and hurt if they're too cheaply made.
