  • earthbound came in a giant box.. i got the game for christmas... still the best christmas i ever had

  • same thing happened to me, that's not rare

  • Hello, and Goodbye *teleports*

  • cool, i have an EB cart and it glitches alot

there are magic butter flies where there shouldn't be, the are after you go through the first tunnel from threed to the desert i saw a new age retro hippie on the cliff, and lot of other wierd junk xD

  • Actually, it's quite common for that Dali's Clock to be there.

  • I used to have the cartridge. It was so old it wouldn't save properly anymore, but I was able to get a working cartridge in exchange for it from Nintendo.

  • Wow, I'm surprised at the number of people commenting here who don't have the cartridge.

It kind of makes me proud of having one.

  • Lol that is epic funny!!! XD

  • I have the cartridge, but my dad bought it when it had come out it only cost like 20$ hahahahahahaha

  • Dali's clock does appear in Dungeon Man.

  • Dude that's always there.

  • @SkankinSuperSaiyan

Apparently we're the only ones that know this.

  • @PhilipBalesteri I am now in your list.

    "Dude that's always there."

  • I have the cartridge too, but it was so expensive. T_T

Also, where are you in this video? Dungeon man?

  • Omg! The same exact thing happened to me, too! When it happened, I yelled "HOLY SHIT!! I PAYED $130 FOR THIS GAME, AND IT'S GLITCHING?!?!" I went ape-shit!

  • its not a glitch!!!

  • It looks like a metroid

  • I didn't know it was uncommon. It's happened to me before.

  • It's not a glitch, happens a lot.

  • first time i came here it was there

  • wait thata a rare moment? it happened to me at least 2 or 3 times

  • Arent those bird head things from mother 3? O.o

  • Haha, that was... Common. I have this dungeon as my ringtone, haha.

  • Oh that's no glitch, it's just that in dungeon man there are a couple of enemies that are a little "rare" i guess.

  • Dali's Clock is SUPPOSED to be in Dungeon Man.

  • nah, it's supposed to be there. it does that for me too.

  • lol yeah that IS supposed to be there, theres also robo pumps and those fire plugs (forgot the name)

  • interesting

  • due to the low quality kinda looks like a metroid

  • I saw him too.I ignored him though

  • LOL RACIST PEOPLE

  • it IS supposed to be there.

  • Moonside has attacked the real world.

  • @TouhouMariku OH NOESZ! :O

  • its suppod 2 be there i have an original copy and its always there -.- i should know im crbon dog

  • truth, there's a few bad guys from moonside in dungeon man.

but i still like the video, because anyone who has earthbound is a good person.

  • But you're not Diamond Dog :(

  • of course i am porky rescued me with his time machine and now im back to life

  • the real rare amazing moment for me is the Earthbound cartrigde

    you are god

  • I have the cartridge too.

Does that make me a god as well? :D

  • *bows*

  • i had a golden moment two days ago i walked in a pawn shop and bam they had earthbound and they sold it to me for fifty bucks

  • mines the same as yours but im in the oppisite side

  • thats not a glitch.

  • If I remember correctly, Moonside enemies are indeed fightable in Dungeon Man, but they're rare.

  • lol thats a wierd glitch in the game xD

  • O_O OMG Thats the first time I ever seen a real snes I still enjoy it but I may have been spoiled by today's graphich but oh well I still enjoy on the emulator ^_^

  • Dude. How much did you have to pay for that Earthbound cart?

  • nothing, my brother got the game when it came out and we've had it and an SNES ever since

  • Man, what luck. Nowadays these things are worth, like, twice their weight in gold.

  • xD Could always do what I did and emulate. Saves money 8D

  • @that1oth3rguy Ha same for me and the clock is always their ive beaten the game 40+ times

  • @that1oth3rguy same here and it's not a glitch or atleast it's not rare as that has happened to mine to (yes i have the cart as well and even the walkthough still)

  • @that1oth3rguy which means you guys paid a lot for it.

  • @ExVash Usually they cost 500 bucks. I had one, 100 bucks, piece of crap. I went to play my file to learn it got deleted, so I started over and the next day, that file was gone too! So now I get a refund. XD

  • This is the first time I've seen the earthbound cart inside an SNES.

    ...

    Isn't it beautiful?

  • @Ashenge Is it that rare?... << My Aunt owns it. I played it years ago when it was new. She has the players guide too.

  • No.

  • That enemy is SUPPOSED to be there. If you look at Starmen's rare enemy guide, then you will see the Dali's Clock in Dungeon Man.

  • And also, you'll encounter other moonide enemies.

  • What?! That also happened to me!

I was exploring the Dungeon man, and I went to the wrong place, and I kept going to the wrong place, and that clock appeared.

  • he is meant to be there, he is merely hard to find :)

  • metroid?

  • I see him there alot...I dont think he's too rare.

  • your lucky man. you have the earthbound cart. im still looking everywhere to get one. all I can say is you are one lucky man

  • What is on top of your Earthbound cartridge? Is that the little plastic thing that is supposed to go on the bottom of the cartridge to prevent dust from gathering inside? If it is, why did you put it on top?

  • yeah its the plastic thing, its on top when the game is in the snes so i dont lose it or forget to put it back on

  • @that1oth3rguy I always do that, haha.

  • @that1oth3rguy Ah, memories. :D I used to do that with my plastic covers.

  • I wish I have a earthbound cart but thats never going to happen T_T

  • Great video man.

  • Well, its not glitching on you.

Dali's Clock Rarely appears in the Dungeon Man.

Just like the Duck that spawns in Saturn Valley when you climb that one latter.

  • Don't feed the trolls.

  • ? 0 0 |

     ___

  • Actually, there are other enemies like that are in Dungeon Man. I seen it too.

  • The Dungeon Man's music murdered my sole...

  • yeah, that clock appears every once in a blue moon, so its neat to see him when you do!

    I have no something.

  • lol

  • It's not a glitch, he's actually there.

  • this happened to me about 5 times, it's normal.

  • Is not glitch. Is a rare enemy, boing!

  • I once fought that gas pump enemy while in that maze

  • SHIT THE FUCK

  • ...I dont get it.

  • not super rare (that's the sarcasm)

  • it's coded into the game for these enemies to appear here, like mad ducks in Saturn valley and coil snakes in threed. they have a 1/128 chance of appearing.

  • lol

  • Normally, stuff like that happens when your cartridge becomes tilted when you bump your Snes, and it didn't freeze. Also it's more likely they made a chance of it appearing there, probably really low though, below 1%.

But what would the point be? meh.

  • this is not a glitch.

  • I fought one of these guys once without getting an instant-win, and I got it on video... I'll have to upload it before too long, if I still have the vid on my card.

  • lol

  • If you play this game a lot, you'll notice some really weird-ass spawn-type glitch things. I had a punk in the middle of Peaceful Rest Valley. :/

  • i thought the moment was that jeff was kissing paula

  • I once saw a coil snake in threed

  • me too!

  • Didja Know That i saw a Runaway Dog in

    Magiciant

  • My Earthbound Game Has The Same Thing.

Because I once Saw 3 Dali's Clocks on The Dungeon Man Scene.

  • there i fixed the title. is that better?

  • no that's not a glitch it's just an EXTREEMLY rare chance of getting an enemy in Doungon man.

  • I got them all the time. :-\

  • It a rare enemy on Dungueon man, i meet it also

whit pump, and the other thing . Theyr are rare enemy like twoson enemys up the cave entrance or

the cop+though guy at summers beach or mad duck at Saturn village

  • The same thing happened to me on once.

  • This isn't a glitch. I've seen the Dali's Clock appear there on my copy of EB too, and he also appears there when you're editing monster group formations with a map editor.

It's interesting that the only enemy that is unique to a Brickroad dungeon is the Worthless Protoplasm, which appears in both dungeons.

  • Wow, you own Earthbound? That's awesome. I can't seem to find a copy anymore...

  • ebay

  • it's 90 dollars DX

  • When it release on Virtual Console(Wii), will be easy to everybody plays EB again ^^

  • Weird, thats a really rare chance that that would happen. Ive heard of Starmen in Threed O_O

  • At first I thought it was a metriod or a brain or something. lol.

  • I don't think it's a glith. some moonside enemies may be horribly lost or it's brickroads secret "monster" stash

  • Moonside doesn't like to be complained at.I bashed a fire pump in there before.

  • lolz that looks like a metroid

  • this is a glitch? it happened to me like twice didnt think of it though.

  • isn't that my game?

  • Infact that's not a glitch. When making the game, enemy clusters were placed in different locations. If a cluster of more than 1 enemy is set out on a place, the enemies including in the cluster randomly appear at that place. In this case the cluster possibly includes: "Dali's Clock" 2% Chance of appearing, "Ranboob" 5%CoA, "Lil' UFO's" 10%CoA and the

enemies that normally appear 83% CoA.

So this is rare, it's good you recorded it :)

  • well i wasnt sure if it was a glitch, thus the ? at the end

  • Is that why there are enemies that spawn in impossible to reach locations?

  • its not impossible, the route to get there was a dead end, this was my 4th time playing through so i knew which route was the right one to take.
