Thank you...because I am going to be using color correcter next time for a bolder look I have my hair color all level 3 since level 2 will make my hair look muddy and almost black post color correction w.a and burgundy underneath...maybe do level 4RV using 20 devoloper on both...for the top I will be doing 1/2 3N 1/2 3G 1/4 3RV

And if you do streaks or 2 diffrent colors, don't rub your head when you wash it, they will smearD:

i find it soo much easier to dye my whole hair the colour that the top of its guna be and then when all of its dry either leave it a bit or a day and then dye the underneath but hey thats just me :L

you can not go from a black permanent hair color,to a bleach blond in one sitting now matter what any one tells you,your hair will go orange or yellow and even if you use tonners on it ,the result will be very uneven,it takes months for this to be achieved,,,,if you attemt to over process your hair,you may be leaving the salon with your hair in your handbag!

Actually I tried blonde haha. I'm naturally tan. It looks great on white skinned people but if you tan easily (especially summer) its gonna look kinda funky. Unless its a different kind of highlight

I have this style and ive had it for a year in a half i love it i do it myself.I am naturally dark brown so i left that on the bottom.I bleached the top and applyed white lady toner from wella got it at sallys the best toner ever! Always make sure you have shimmer lights shampoo to keep up the blonde from looking brassy!

I would actually do a dark brown not a black.....I did mine and it looks great! My hair was already a light blonde.

i had my hair like this for years, exept my blonde was platinum (not yellow!) my hair is naturally dark brown, i used bleach on my blonde part & it was fine!

dont recommend doing both colours at the same time, (as the colour WILL run no matter what) i coloured my blonde half 1st then the black half afew hours later. sit in the bath whilst washing off the black so you dont have to tip your head over.

Its quite tricky to do it at home the way you say.
