@jetleeming ...there is a big difference in the way european players do table tennis...there is only one person that i know of that i think can match up with the chinese super powers and that is timo bol ..and the way he does it is kinda similar with the way player chinese do it..hope this helps

Kreanga got the match thanks to 2 things:

1) The amount of lucky points in the first set, which gave him a mental and point lead which Schlager couldnt counter

2) KK played full power emphasizing rallys, which most of times ended in his favor, and Schlager didnt use his over the table shots to keep KK near the table.

@DKPOWA I noticed that Schlager used a lot of topspin and very long serves, which I frankly thought was retarded, because that's how Kreanga serves to setup his offensive game.

based and what I've seen from this video it looks like kreanga has modified his backhand so that he flat hits more than he spins. something tells me he's using tenergy 64 on at least his backhand. the backhand style he produced in the video would work well with short pips

Schlager is my favorite player of all time, so I am sorry to see him go down. But I gotta hand it to Kreanga-last time I saw him play, he looked horrible; almost like he was already defeated and was just going through the motions. This time he was very motivatedand he played inspired. An amazing match from Kreanga through and through. Thanks for the upload, ttprovider!!

@Opalance He got 2 edges and 2 nets. If someone can't keep their composure after something like that, they won't win either way. Kreanga was in great form today; it's amazing that he is almost 40 and can move that fast. Schlager has been on the decline recently if you look at some of his latest matches. Respect to both players, but Kreanga was better today.

@bassflyerhomie Well there's a lot of types of luck, but he played extremely well, especially considering his last real tournament he lost all 3 matches in the groups of the world cup. But he was lucky he didn't have to face Boll, I have no idea how he's able to play at this level still, it's half inspiring, half depressing.
