It doesn't take a masters degree to hear that this speech was horrible! He's a great football player, but when it comes to reading and giving a speech... yeah, not so much.
@sundar213 Ahh... Communications Major. Send me your Thesis for proof reading and Ill tell you whether or not you qualify to the "HOF GOOD / BAD SPEECH" authority.
@sundar213 You are pulling me into this against my own will! Translate: You have not yet achieved your masters..... I would argue that once you are at the point creating that ever famous document which is required by any reputable, accredited institution, you can use Jerry Rice's life, accomplishments and yes that speech on how one can effectively communicate, articulate, and commiserate as positive sourcing to your work.
@dudeeh05 This is hilarious. Look buddy, you're trying too hard. "Magistrate to translate"--that's just money. Obviously, Rice is your idol and that prevents objectivity. I respect him as a player and as a man. It's just his delivery here is awkward and forced. It doesn't take a degree in anything to see that. You can google and find out that I'm far from alone in this judgment. Thanks for the contrived educational advice though.
@sundar213 Dude, I have to admit I spent a minute more than I should have crafting that response. I guess all the fun shtuff that man has brought to me trumps any performance of an acceptance speech... some folks are just not cut out for big moments on camera; an attribute that never mattered much to his success. I have to get back to running a company now... but it was fun. Take care. PS- who is your team?
10-27-2011. Ain't it fine, ain't it fine? Jerry is 49 (like myself). Happy Birthday, Jerry.

@dudeeh05 Generally, one only writes a Thesis on information that isn't already widely known.
