I was 12 when this song was presented to the European song Festival. I did never forgot since then the two titles: "Tina och Marina" (I still prefer) and "Zwei Kleine Italiener" the second version.
This is, on my opinion, the kind of songs European people would need today to regain again the necessary optimism...
Oh, this is a very nice version! This song was a great hit for German singer Conny Froboess in 1962. It was called "Zwei kleine Italiener" ("Two little Italians") and was about the foreign workers who came to Germany.
But it was also composed next to other great songs who dealed with the foreign countries because every (West-) German man oder woman dreamed of holidays in Italy. :-)
