This games easy lol, After i beat the very ending when the game restarts but gives you the new plate to use, I made it all for def and power strike with ninjustU+ then just other ones for fillers. Then i raised my health up pas much as icould sense i had 20,000 at very ending. I just kept raising it and raising it.

@DarrenShan222 First try to beat Sasuke. Use a lot of unpredictable dashes and try to make sure that Sasuke and Choji are NEVER together. Attack Sasuke for a few moments and run off because Choji will be after you and wait for Choji to use the human boulder and try to attack you(that's the point when Sasuke will be alone) then go for Sasuke. Remember though that he counterattacks very well, so use Shikamaru's fire Kunais. They beat the life out of Sasuke, trust me.

@DarrenShan222 And then after you are done with Sasuke, you can go for Choji (which, from my experience, is not that difficult). This part of the game is difficult, but it is posisble nonetheless. AND, remember that after you are done with defeating them both, Kakashe will team you up with Choji and you will have to fight the other two again. Don't panic though; Choji's human boulder is really up to the job if you can use it properly.

just keep hitting them with power strike and dash to escape before they attack you! Also be sure to have many different skill chips equipped

Beat Sasuke and Choji is easy I'm passed at that lvl. All you haved to do is used the Nine Tail Fox power. (PRessed Triangle and Circle at the same time and the nine tail fox will appear) It'll double his str and you can defeat him just like that *snap the finger*
