  • "You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you don't know for sure. But it doesn't matter. How can it not matter to you where that train will take you!?"

    "Because we gonna be together!!"

  • You're waiting for a trai- *train crushes speaker*

  • 7:19 till the end is so overwhelming that I stop studying here just to listen to the epicness :)

  • 7:03 best part!

  • Inception is a great movie but a sequel would ruin it, even if Chris Nolan is a great director, the ending with Cobb is open-ended and lets you interpret it how you want, a sequel would ruin that crucial point of the film.

  • @360Jopo Unless it was a sequel involving an all new plot and group of people, but with the same dream concepts and technology.

  • Almost nice, however that crappy annotation all over the screen linking to that obnoxious Harry Potter Tribute - who in the world needs THIS? PLEASE just do us a favor and REMOVE THAT CRAP!

  • @haynau1849

Yeah, unfortunately they'll flip it on you and say" why don't you just turn off the annotations, dumbass" or something to it. I did as well.

  • the right combination of sounds creates the perfect outcome.

  • My least favorite part of this soundtrack was at 9:30.

...you know... when the music ended. :(

  • Mal, NO!! JESUS CHRIST!

  • @rishabisgood The emotion in his voice in that moment, always make me cry.

  • best soundtrack ever.

  • 8:42 gave me chills.. :O

  • A sequel would not work because then it would ruin the ending of inception because we would find out what happened to Cobb. But a prequel on the other hand...?

  • @perkinsofmattdoodly I would like to see it with a dark twist to it (like nightmares) and have it follow aridness future in dream stealing.

  • You're waiting for a roundhouse. You don't know when this roundhouse will hit you're face, but it

doesn't matter because if Chuck Norris wants you dead, then you're dead and when you go to

    Heaven he's there waiting.........

  • "Non je ne regretter rien." No, I regret nothing. SO INTENSE!!!

  • I wrote a short piano theme after watching this movie. Please check it out and leave some comments =]

    /watch?v=Vr4ex33PvLA&context=C31c4bf9ADOEgsToPDskJ3XUSBXV1CYGw8pAhnm5gn

  • "Non rien de rien... Non je ne regrette rien !" Love this moment xD

  • @Ofians Cool! Is that what it really means?! Now I have to go look it up.

  • ' I like trains' WOOOOOHHHMM! ;)

  • 8:40 till end is the best

  • this video will kill the mood > watch?v=7U9963gDJHE

  • Mal: "You know where you hope this train takes you"

    Me: "How 'bout Disneyland"

  • @xLastHeroX LOL

  • Hans Zimmer, the Chuck Norris of music

  • Inception 2 shoukd be a movie within a movie

  • @NarutoEsponjaBleach I could totally see them making it like that!

  • @NarutoEsponjaBleach no, in the second part we want to go a level higher!

a movie in a movie in a movie = movie³

  • I wrote a story inspired by this song, and i got to tell it while the music was playing, it made 4 people cry including the emotional hard ass out of my group. now tell me that isnt amazing.

  • thumbs up if u watched this movie more than once!

or u decided to watch it again as soon as u finish watching it for the first time.

  • @sag4985

I believe I have watched it 7 or 8 times.

  • when it reached 8:41, i got shivers.

  • 15 people missed the train lol.

  • 0:00 - 1:23

    always gives me shivers...

  • kinda pisses me off that you make the whole video a link, but because the song is so awesome i can't dislike it.. still, fuck u for doing that..

  • 15 people are still waiting for the train

  • I like Trains......HOLY SH**

  • Comment removed

  • Played this song and pressed the little snowflake icon on the screen. Very beautiful atmosphere.

  • Still waiting....

  • 0:00 - 1:23 <3

  • Rigged annotation, disable it before you pause.

  • Hans Zimmer doesn't make music for movies.People make movies for his music.

  • @srujanthedarkknight couldn't agree more :)

  • Listen with headphones

    O_______________O

  • 0:00 ( Writing something )

9:31 Good! I finished it. Wait, did I just finish writing the Bible???

    HOLY MOTHER OF GOD

  • @srujanthedarkknight haaa...i see what you did there

  • you're waiting for a train. you know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. But it doesn't matter. Because you'll be together.

  • 14 people are deaf

  • What I'm wondering is...how long did it take for you to make this video with one picture? And how much free time do you have? Nothing against the choice of music, of course.

  • @milolover151515 It probably only took 5 minutes to make this ._. maybe even a minute. It's not that hard lol.

  • @ElegantSkies i think it was sarcasm :P

  • Oh my god thus is 44% of why I love the movie

  • I want Inception 2

  • @afcvHD There better NOT be an Inception 2. A sequel would diminish the epicness of this movie

  • @Blarmoshlashkin an Inception 2 would not work. However if Nolan decides to do it he'll somehow make it work.

  • @Blarmoshlashkin

Christopher Nolan would never do such a thing.

  • @Blarmoshlashkin who knows? Nolan just might set the EPIC standard even higher with a second movie..

  • @idanpeleg211294 Not possible. Well, maybe, but most likely not. This movie is too epic for ANY sequel to be more epic than it.

  • @Blarmoshlashkin That's arguable . I mean if they make it as good as the first , that would be great . But if not you're right .

  • @Blarmoshlashkin However, even if the sequel is going to make, Nolan will make it splendid.

  • @Blarmoshlashkin Wait what? A sequel?

  • @Blarmoshlashkin A lot of movies are like that. The Santa Clause is my favorite Christmas movie and then they came out with Santa Clause 2. Needless to say, I never entertained the thought of watching it. In fact I wish I never knew it existed.

  • @Blarmoshlashkin i agree with you even a prequel would be strange

  • @RHCP1794 Well, a prequel would actually work. We could see Cob's occupation, and there would be some pretty interesting scenes as we see him perform extractions. Considering the dreamlike surrealism Inception makes, seeing it again in a different form would be really refreshing. Perhaps the plot could be centered around how he met Mal? Perhaps during one of his extractions, ect.

  • @Blarmoshlashkin So a prequel could work, but definitely not a sequel.

  • @Blarmoshlashkin I think a prequel maybe or a different storyline with only some returning characters with a new concept would be a great sequel. like maybe instead of dreams like nightmares or something?

  • @Gregorio1234ify That's the kind of Hollywood's thinking that has given us so many sequels (both good and horrible), are you a producer? you talk like one.

  • @maromo1 No I am not but I wish I was!

  • The real question is, does the train run on whole grain?

  • 7:56 - (working on assignment) God damn it TYPE FASTER!.

  • I love this whole song, definitely one of my favorites. Those vocals about seven minutes in give me chills every time!

  • gota love them zooming in and out of the cover to make it seem more appealling.. haha .. while listenign to this i can see leo's guilt ridden eyes.. such a good actor, insane movie

  • i love the intro...very sad, but also has a ominous side where someone is realizing what they've done...

  • FROM A OTHER REALITY <333333

  • Am I the only one who think this whole train quote was the stupidest and most obnoxious part in the movie?

  • @slavingerenGerman yes... jk maybe

  • @slavingerenGerman couldve been better, but it was important because it symbolises pandora's box ( also read: deal with the devil). The train was supposed to mean salvation for them [waiting for a train to take you far away], in the sense of waking up [you know where you hope this train will take you], but didnt have the foresight to see the possible ramifications [but you can't be sure], because he thought [ it doesnt matter because youll be together] when it only ended up destroying them.

  • having said that, yea it couldve been a lot less cheesy. like a terminator, or robot with the 3 laws, or rapture city..... they were all about pandora's box even without quotes like such. its hard to top "remember, remember the 5th of november...."

  • @slavingerenGerman No it is beautiful it is cobb trying to comfort moll have you no companion? One probably would have said something similar in the same situation.

  • It's kinda sad... the thought of his wife never actually speaking to him during the whole thing, because it was only his projection of her when she had died long ago.

  • 9:00 is when you go to a public bathroom and you realise there is... No... More.. Paper

  • Best song

  • My neighbors called the cops because i was playing this song too loud.

    The cops arrested my neighbors!!!

  • Christopher Nolan + Hans Zimmer = Epicness

  • I fell asleep and the opera music came in my dreams. I woke up screaming "THAT WAS THE KICK!"

  • I love when the old song comes in at 7:03, but the best part is from around 7:50 to the end

  • this is actually the best song in the soundtrack. time, dream within a dream, mombasa. All amazing. But this has got it all, and is the best for doing homework.

  • 13 dislikes? that must be the projections ;D

  • The best part starts around 7:30.

  • What part of the movie is this from??

  • @labbie87 This is when cobb is describing limbo to ariadne in the warehouse after saito is shot. This is during the flashbacks shown about cobb and mal in limbo.

  • the ending build up is sooo beast

  • @sexytime6415 That is not how dimensions work.

  • the last couple minutes are epically AMAZING. there should be an EPIC button for powerful music like this.

  • inception is easy to comprehend is just a 3D space in your mind that isnt bound to any rules(exept to the limits of what your mind can comprehend) by entering another dream you enter a second 3D space within another 3D space so if your mind can control both dreams at the same time then you could theoretically create a 4D space now imagine merging limbo with limbo 5,6,7,8,9th dimensions ...crazy

  • "essentially a caper"...? Did the person who wrote that SEE the movie? That's like calling "Fight Club" a "buddy flick." Helloooo?

  • @ParanormalWitness Huh. But it is a heist film, as far as the main driving plot of the film is concerned, characterization aside. Cobb is a criminal hired to perform one last job, he assembles a crackpot team of experts, and commits a heist (of the mind). Like most other heist films, they spend the majority of the film preparing for the robbery, during the robbery things go wrong, and the protagonist has to deal with his personal demons along the way.

  • @Hamgammy Fair enough :0) I'm afraid my view of the film is SO colored by the "heavy" meaning I see in it, I failed to recognize that. Although, the first time I watched, I remember saying, during the big chase scene in the snow, that it was a like an old "007" film on steroids. So ya, I must agree with you.

  • @ParanormalWitness Well honestly that's the transcendent beauty of Inception. It is a heist film; it is a science fiction film; it is a film noir (regarding DiCaprio and Coitliard); it is so much more than those three genres combined. Just brilliant film making.

  • I have this as my alarm and I always wake up when the French lady starts singing!

  • @BlueFever101 that french lady is called Édith Piaf, son

  • @tbrag123 I'm a girl.

  • Just proves you can control your dreams. Cobb and his gang were corporate raiders that's all they were.

  • You are waiting for a train,

a train that will take you far a way.

You know where you hope this train will take you,

    but you can't be sure.

But it doesn't matter because you'll be together.

  • @RossDavidAnderson you did the last line a bit incorectly :/

but a good quite non the less

  • @RossDavidAnderson Your comment gave me goosebumps for some reason... :D

  • @TermsOfProduction Glad to hear it :D

  • @RossDavidAnderson My god If I had 1/4 of a penny for every time people type this comment Over and over and over I'd a freakin' rich man.

  • @aaaazzzzable Best quote of the film, thats why its so common :D

  • @RossDavidAnderson Also why it's so annoying. >:(

  • @RossDavidAnderson really? wow u really are r tarded

  • @misieq01 ... self illustrating words

    retard

  • @Breadhelmet are you fucking retarded? it's WE, not YOU, what a dumbass shithead

  • @misieq01 Mógłbyś być nieco milszy?

  • @Szaapoobaa pojebało cie?:P

  • @misieq01 Nie, czuję się dobrze. Dziękuję, że zapytałeś.

  • @Szaapoobaa Aha, supcio. Fajnie się tak pisze. Inteligentnie. Bardzo. Spierdalaj do kuchni, głupia suko.

I gotować. Jeszcze kilka zdań, żeby ładnie wyglądało. No i kilka kropek...

Spierdalaj.

  • @misieq01

    ale jej ciśniesz!!! jesteś najlepszy!!!

  • @slickus7 dzia xd

  • @RossDavidAnderson is it you'll be together or we'll?

  • ma plus grande deception est de ne pas avoir connu mozart.ma plus grande inception est d avoir connu zimmer

  • @PixelGearGaming More over they should get killed by Mal. That should be funny

  • at around 9:13 it no longer looks like "inception" it looks like "incertion"!!

  • at around 9:13 it no longer looks like "inception" it looks like "incertion"!!

  • You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you don't know for sure. But it doesn't matter. How can it not matter to you where that train will take you?

  • @SteelFyire Because you're together with the one you love.

  • he messed up the dream by putting a train in (thinking about one rather). and he messed up by planting that idea in Mal's head.

this reminds me of his mistakes. that train.

  • Why does everyone have video-size annotations now? Before, it was a cool way to advertise something (clicking), but now it's just getting plain annoying.

  • what part is the movie at when 7:06 plays??

  • @FreedomInDance When Edith Piaf starts singing, it's the part where Arthur was going down the fire escape staircases and he said, "No it's too soon..." because that's the music for the kick. Then a paradox happens.

  • @jesssicaquino Wait one minute, i think that when edith piaf starts singing , arthur plays the music with the headphones on eames. Just before she sings , you can see that that tune is similar when Saito dies a moment before arthur's music kicks in.

  • Whats the one that goes "BWOOOOM!"

  • @Mechanical1Midget You mean the trailer music, it's the only Inception soundtrack not created by Hans it's called "Mind Heist" by Zack Hemsey.

  • ‎You're waiting for a train. A train that'll take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you. But you can't know for sure. Yet it doesn't matter. Now tell me why?

  • @MisterJVish Because we'll be together (I had to reply.)

  • @5minutesToForever Mind heist

  • @MisterJVish Because I have a bologna sandwich!

  • isnt it the same as OLD SOULS?

  • @Rockgsr10 naa

  • 11 personnes doivent consulter un ORL ...

  • one of the best movie soundtracks ever.

  • hmmm I wonder. If there can be a dream within a dream. Can there be a Limbo within a Limbo?

  • Comment removed

  • isnt a limbo alrdy within a limbo, as a limbo is unlimted dream space? Like infinity alrdy is a part of infinity?

Well depents ofc how u discribe it so its either yes or no depending on if u think infinity is everything or everything is infinity. ps just trying to be smart ;P

  • @medic7771 It was to my understanding that when you die in limbo... you wake up.... so you wouldnt be able to go into any deeper layers IE: into another limbo.
