I saw the video and I went and sacked the QB and he fumbled and while I was running for the TD I told the QB (who was chasing me) that I knew what he was doing and that is what he gets!!! My story doesn't end as well as yours, however, because I'm not really that fast and he caught up to me, stripped the ball from me and then he ran for a TD!!! Damn!! Now I believe you. It does happen.

It's perfectly legal. It was also used in a High school game. The center uses a snap called a 'side snap' and the QB walks towards the coach, and starts to run. It's dirty, but it's still considered a QB sneak.

Technically, you could do it in the nfl, but safeties/linebackers would toast your ass, not to mention the corner (who wasn't there in the video??). But it's legal because all it is is the QB screaming wrong ball, then having it hiked to him, which puts the ball in play, but no one thought it was a trick.
