ugh. people at my school are like" omg you like 80s music? ehhh. cheesy" and im like NO. you listen to me: depeche mode is like the best band in the world, and i do admit that their early music was a bit on the cheesy side, but guess what. THEY'RE AWESOME. deal with it.

everyone at school knows and calls me "the depeche mode lover" or "the DM freak."

but im proud of those titles.. :)

@jobbobbobjob- DM has been around for 30 years. even thought they formed in 1980 not all the songs they made were released. Don't listen to EVERY comment you see. Check Wikipedia or any other site with their history

I LOOVVEEE Depeche Mode every song that you hear from them just put you in that mode...Damn word can describe. Im 21 , they have been out for 40 years!?!?! Man i listen to music out now it has Nothing on the Old skool Never Will. DM, in there 40 year existance, has almost never changed. They've always had that Dark undertown in every song-and almost all of them are about love. They also almost always fit my mood no matter what.

DM should be more widely reconized. Almost no one knows about them around here

Although they formed in 1980 and wrote some songs, those were never released on any album.

DM isn't for everybody. People in general don't get them, and want simple lyrics. However it has been observed by journalists and people in the business that DM has one of the most loyal fans of any music group. You don't stop being a DM fan.

Grew up with DM (they are about the same age as me) and i just luv the sound of this song.

I've grown up with Depeche Mode. It's my dad's favorite band, and I guess it's kind of in my DNA to love them. xD .

this song along with little soul are instant classics. does anyone else think Dave's voice being more harsh and weary as he gets older doesn't detract but compliments the sound of the new album considerably.

@Armagon9177 well he is a smoker and he has put his body through abuse throughout the years he is also trying to sound a bit more like acombination of Tom Jones and Kurt Cobain but I don't know any other singer who's got a better voice than dave or at least thats how I feel
