  • i didnt say it didnt work, obviously it does. but ok , you can do less wait and proper form or obviously more weight than you can handle and throw it. Both work but i guess it has to do with your self esteem...and arnold ohhh ya arnold..but um he worked out hours a day. sorry but i guess when i think of working out it 1-3 hours for A martial art or Wrestling..you know a purpose. I guess when u wanna be a cheapass and its just for show it works so whatever.

  • Form is the key. I laugh when I see people swinging there back while doing curls. All your doing is hurting your back and taking away from your bi's. I'd say lower the weight some and concentrate on your form :)

  • i am 53 and started working out a year ago. i am 5"7' 180 pds. i can incline bench 250 for 6 reps. 225 over my head for the floor and bench 310. i hope i can lift what you are when i reach that age. oh, by the way, my girlfriend is 24. goes to show you any thing is possible.

  • Nice to see your still working out, and that is a great setup at home, all i have is one barbell 2 dumbells and another barbell on a smith machine so no1 has to spot me when i bench
