FCW is Florida Championship Wrestling which younger wrestlers have the chance to breakthough into the WWE, so I think FCW is owned by WWE. Eddie Gurerro, Shawn Michales, Triple H, and Matt Hardy were some of the people that complained. Vince yelled at him before, so that was the final straw. Orton and Cena didn't do anything wrong.

Well, to be fair, if you told someone to do something right for 3 years, you'd be ticked of to a boiling point and want them fired, also. However, I do think they should give Mr. Kennedy one more chance also.
