@xXTigerxGirlXx You should go to the MMD program, open your model, go to help, enhance model, then physics model. Once you do that you'll have to fix all of her hair's physics that are either too big or out of place, it may take a while to do though.
The physics in her hair were moved with the bones so they're out of place when you shrunk her ponytail
