I believe it refers to the Michigan primary held so early that Obama's name never got registered on the primary ballet. Hillary won because hers was the only official ballet. That primary got disqualified because of the early start date, but her team is trying to get it counted again as valid. This Logic of Hillary video is a perfect and very funny analogy of what actually happened.
