  • Bring back the Nordiques! I'm sick and tired of supporting the Habs!

  • Quebec City is the next obvious destination for a NHL hockey team. Just for a Quebec Remparts' game at the Colisee I went just in December, it was packed to the rafters. It's only junior hockey. Their Nordiques merchandise in shopping malls have been selling like hotcakes and they sold more than the Habs' merchandise. This is for a team that doesn't even yet exist.

  • Also....PIPE DREAMS FTW!!

  • Go Jets!

    And for 2012-13....Go Nordiques Go.

We want more Canadian and Northern US teams.

  • I truly want the Nordiques back but they still cant get out of Quebec because it's all French. No good stadium and yeah

  • Why do you keep deleting my comments when my comments are the ones that are true

  • @Nick5001 like i said!

no difference in attendance from both regular or pre-season games!

the only time it's a sellout crowd is on NHL video games

and when Winnipeg comes to town and

takes back the 15 years of waiting

  • @TheCrowneJewel And the season opener, the final game of the season and the playoffs. I'm willing to argue with you about the attendance plus I am A Coyotes fan and Coyotes season ticket holder

  • @Nick5001 gee i wonder who the jokes r facing in the season opener!

    oh thats right!

WINNER-peg! and i bet only jets fans will be at the Jobing.com Arena!

and good luck with the playoffs thing!

u won't make it past the first round........again!!

  • @TheCrowneJewel nope there will be more coyotes fans then jets fans

  • @Nick5001 gee compare this!

Save The Jets Rally - 35,000 fans

Save The Coyotes Rally - 200 fans

    Any Questions

  • @TheCrowneJewel the save the coyotes rally was unadvertised I didnt know about it if I knew about it I would have went and their would have been more coyotes fans if it was advertised

  • @Nick5001 maybe there's a reason it's unadvertised........cause nobody cares for the jokes!

  • @TheCrowneJewel maybe it was a private thing that I didnt know about. I care for the yotes and I'm a season ticket holder

  • @Nick5001 who cares if you're a season ticket holder. the fact is there aren't enought of you and you people only attend when it's 1) Opening Night 2) When one of the big name teams come to town (does Detroit ring a bell?) 3) Playoffs (if you even make them this year). This franchise has been a farce for far too long and the dimwits at Glendale city council should have allowed them to go back home to Winnipeg than waste taxpayer money keeping the team here for one more year.

  • @sjdrifter72 4. You forgot the final home game of the season. 5. Greg Jamison is going to buy them and keep them in Phoenix, he turned around San Jose. If he could turn around San Jose then he can turn around Phoenix

  • @Nick5001 or do what most buyers really want! THEM TO LEAVE FOREVER!!!

  • @TheCrowneJewel They're only 2 potential buyers and they want to keep the Coyotes in Phoenix

  • @Nick5001 There is no point in keeping the Coyotes in Phoenix. The team has lost money every year they've been in Phoenix. Even if they do get a new owner, Phoenix is a money pit for hockey. Move the team to a place where you will actually turn a profit, like Quebec City.

  • @jbobbster Greg Jamison is going to turn them around if he can turn San Jose around he can turn Phoenix around look at San Jose they are successful btw Quebec city cant get a team until 2015 because that is when their arena will be done. their current arena dose not meet NHL standards. even some northern teams are losing money

  • @Nick5001 So tell me, how is Greg Jamison going to get fans to come to the games? The team on the ice isn't bad. But yet, the Coyotes have ranked near the bottom of attendance the last two seasons despite making the playoffs both years. So how is he gonna draw more than 7,000 fans to games? You can't make money if people don't show up. Plain and simple.

  • @Nick5001 And the Colisee in Quebec is still a serviceable arena until the new arena gets built. It met the NHL standards for 23 seasons. And the Colisee actually has a bigger seating capacity than the MTS Centre, so it will be fine as a temporary home.

  • @jbobbster He is going to advertise better than the previous owners it is possible for the coyotes to make money they just have not done it yet, what do you call the Kings and the Ducks making money, if they can make money then it is possible for phoenix to make money. your right about their current arena being bigger than the MTS Centre I looked up on Wiki. but still thats the reason why Quebec city does not have a team is because the Colisee dose not meet the NHL standards

  • I bet the Coyotes will either move to Seattle or Kansas City in the next five years. You know ass face Bettman is already shaken because of the Thrashers. No offense to fans in Seattle and KC because both would be great NHL Markets, but Bettman doesn't want to see his pet project wind up back in Canada where it would really thrive. Just like LA will likely get the Jacksonville Jaguars in the next five years.

  • @shocktrauma85 hence the reason

why the NHL needs a CANADIAN RUNNING THE NHL

too many american teams in the NHL!

Phoenix is going to move to quebec!

Seattle & KC don't need the NHL

    And the Jaguars ain't movin'

No NFL team needs to move

  • @TheCrowneJewel I do think there should be some new teams added to the NHL. I think Milwaukee, Halifax, Quebec, Hartford, Hamilton and Regina should get NHL Teams. It would take some restructuring and damage some rivalries, but it could re-emphasize old ones. It'd be great to put Washington and Pittsburgh in the same division because of the fierce rivalry.

  • @shocktrauma85 i agree with all except hamilton!

trust me! if there's one place the NHL should not go to

    it's hamilton!

    milwaukee is a thought!

    regina is possible

but Quebec & Hartford is a HELL YEAH

  • If Winnipeg can come back so can the Nords, no worries it will happen, just the legal issues has to ironed out.

    That's all.

  • The Funny thing is that the "this is not what an nhl arena should look like" That was actually an unadvertised preseason game.

  • @Nick5001 it's the same attendance when they play regular season! what's the difference

  • Wow ! As a Nordiques fan and as a Quebec city's girl, I'm always amazed and touched to see how people from the West are supportive of our team ! Thanks for that great video ! :D

  • @PersephoneAlencon i may live in vegas in the US but i want to see quebec back in the NHL now that we have winnipeg back in the NHL. if the nordiques do come back ill support them as well just to see quebec whoop the montreal canadiens asses lol.
