  • It's funny, how now for a whole generation of Bethesda nerds, 50's music is synonymous to ''post-apocalyptic nuclear American retro-futuristic wasteland''.

  • Excelent

  • In the off chance that anyone knows the ingame music very well .. There is a soundtrack wich is creepy and seems to have laughing/speaking childrens voices in them. I heard them while i was floating midair north passed boomer territory (tlc was on). I looked at the sound files in the data map but so far i did not found the correct one. Probably since i have numerous mods installed/delete in the course of me playing. If anyone thinks they now the song i would very much like a link/title.thank you

  • nothing beats killing Caesar with a super sledge while listening to this masterpiece

    NCR & Proud!!!

  • it was always awesome hearing this song in the middle of a crazy shootout in New Vegas.

  • @kentuckyfriedplus Yeah I felt the same while watching the intro of Watchmen.

  • What's cool my grandmother MET nat king Cole when she was 7 , her brother took her to one if his concerts and met back stage and she told me he was very nice and sooo jelous cuz I loooooovvvvveeee nat king Cole

And fallout new Vegas is the best game evea cuz its sooooo wonderful with a hint of romance when u listen to it's amazing and classical music evea written !!!!!!!!!

  • This is not a place to ejaculate pointless, malicious, comments. We are here to appreciate the music.

  • great song...I just want to sing this to a certain someone lol

  • Fallout is so much better than elder scrolls.

  • @iJoNtheP wow, wow, wow! now just stop right there,1.oblivion was on a different game engine and 2. you cannot! compare fallout and the elder scrolls

  • @modernwarfare134 Actually, I think they used a Modified version of the Oblivion Engine for Fallout 3. As far as Theme's go, they are entirely different.

  • @iJoNtheP They have a different approach dude. TES is more Medieval. U ain't gonna find a Fat Man in TES right?

  • @iJoNtheP

    indeed :)

  • Wish I could "like" this song of yours 4 times, Mr. Cole. Thank you for the beauty.

  • the oblivion/fallout series kiks mw series in the dick

  • Because in New Vegas, you never know.

  • Is it really gonna take a nuclear apocolypse to bring back the music from the golden age? Oh wells!

  • please let there be a quest where u meet mr,new vegas himself

  • @ihatenumbers1

Mr. New Vegas only exists on the radio. He's a program made by Mr. House.

  • i love fucking fallout

  • I know i sound like an uber nerd, but hey....my love for fallout is ridiculous.

Every time i hear this song, i tear every time, iv'e played fallout 3 and new vegas so much, so much memories with friends and family with this game, as i hear this song, as i look over the horizion, and see the lights of new vegas flickering in the dark, as i see a red tick mark at the bottom of my screen, i just ignore it, and i listen to this magnificent song, i remember the times were video games were good.

  • 4 people loved him as though there WAS a tomorrow.

  • Aaaand here's Nat King Cole with 'Love Me as Though There Were No Tomorrow'. Because in New Vegas... Ya never know.

  • @Himenohana1 well aint that a kick in the head , this biiiiiiinggg crosby with somethings gotta give ..

  • Everytime he sings "love me as though there were no tomorrow" I get the shivers thinking about how it fits the Fallout Universe :O

  • anyone else just mutter a Mr. New Vegas line?

  • and now,nat king cole, with"love me as though there were no tomorrow",because in new vegas...you never know...

  • WTF? I HAVENT HEARD THIS SONG IN NEW VEGAS FOR A LONG ASS TIME!!

  • Fallout new vegas is the best!!!

This music makes it just better!! =)

  • this game has made me appreciate the music of the pat. while i still enjoy the music of modern times, this song sums up the higher quality of old music. btw, NCR OR DIE!

  • @reernegro i know that im gonna regret this but NCR: RANGERS LEAD THE WAY

  • @reernegro BROTHERHOOD OF STEEL* ;) There, i fixed you're miss spelling :D

  • when he says love me, i rolling pinned caesar to the head, mysterious stranger came and finished him of, and then i ate his body and wore his clothes all the way back to the lucky 38. win?

  • @reernegro

nah im not into eating bodies and stuff, fail to me sry :(

  • @reernegro Fuck yeah thats a win !

  • Kill deathclaws to this badass song >:D

  • i loved that game----just the engine

  • Bethesda/Obsidian, I salute you for your insistence upon only high-class music throughout each installment of the Fallout series.

  • @george77772moons amen to that i love these old songs alot better than the new rappers today this real is real music

  • best song !!!!!! R.I.P

  • fucking love this song

  • This would be more fitting for FO1 & 2.

Having said that I love all games within the series... (except brotherhood of steel that game is not even canon and doesn't count)

  • @CorRomeister doesnt mean it wasnt good ok ok its wasnt "good" but it was okay

  • 3 people have a right to a fucking opinion

  • Whenever I hear this song I think of Christmas time :)

  • :D

  • NCR OR BUST!!!!!!!!!!!! (and legion)

  • I much prefer New Vegas to Fallout 3 and Nat King Cole is a boss.

  • @RandomHL I dont. the atmosphere and tone was better in fallout 3. but i do love fallout new vegas

  • @RandomHL That's cool, I just felt that New Vegas had more variety and I like the setting of the mojave more than the D.C wasteland.

  • @RandomHL if there is one thing i like about fallout new vegas over fallout 3 is the factions.

  • @sonoskay Yeah that's probably my favourite addition next to weapon mods.

  • @RandomHL actualy yea the mods and better selection of weapons is another great improvement

  • i always here this song when im stealing all the guns from the silver rush in the bathroom...

  • @thresholder1 This song is generally how I FEEL about all the guns in the Silver Rush

  • @thresholder1 hahahahaha dude i do that shit all the time thats weird

  • this may sound sad, but the first time i heard this on radio new vegas, i nearly cried....

    R.I.P. Mr Cole.....

  • Beautiful song ;).

  • hope the dj at prom has this. otherwise i'll need my ipod.

  • There's another awesome music that I didn't know before playing New Vegas. Thanks you very much, Fallout.

  • 1st time I played this game, I never listened to the radio...

Until I walked in the El Rey and found the overdosed guy with this song playing in the fuckin background.

Cold-hearted bastard that I am--- it evoked an emotional response.

  • can somebody tell me whats the next song after this one? i love the next one but i couldn't find it until yet ^^

  • sad song T_T

  • on Fallout new vegas rex always dies when this song plays :(

  • first of all ncr is the best second this should be all music

  • Comment removed

  • @ncPsychosis 1. 12 year old's shouldn't be playing this game. 2. At least the game is introducing them to actual good music, unlike this modern auto tuned bullshit they call music

  • @volklskier25 I love you.

  • @volklskier25 I am 13, I fully understand everything about Fallout - I listen to these songs on the daily; I'm a Fallout fanatic, just can't get enough. I don't listen to that 'AUTO-TUNED SHIT' ; so please, stop classifying all young teenagers into this fictitious group of bullshit Sincerely,

    Project Chanology

  • @RacistMinority Nobody can ever understand everything about Fallout. :o

  • @RacistMinority THANK YOU!! :D

  • @RacistMinority

still, pisses me off that u kids pretend to be all grown up,when infact, U arent, Btw nice name...Shows ignorance...And if its meant as a joke...its a stupid one lol

  • @RacistMinority Same here, except I'm 12. I fully agree with you.

    Also, yay for Project Chanology.

  • @RoxoR67 hahaha... sooooo true, and at the same time soooooooooo sad

  • @RoxoR67 There's still good music out there in 2011. The only problem is that it's over shadowed by what the mainstream favors the most making it hard to find :/

  • @DJVirgoNeun some but it can never compare to the music back then

  • i fucking love fallout

  • @gta4rox47 oh satin hates it

  • Comment removed

  • One of the best, maybe the best video game series of all time.

  • @jadjds right behind Assassin's Creed of course.

  • It's awesome how New Vegas shed some light on great music. The official Natking Cole has, i believe, 17,000 views. The New Vegas version has 126,000 ! lol!

  • I hear this song most of the game. Especially, getting attack by the Fiends or Caesar's Legion.

  • best part 1:15-1:26 gives me the chills

  • this song is so ironic with fallout....becuase there was no tommorow.....

  • Love this game so much..

  • nothing like having fully repaired metal armor, a fully loaded anti material rifle, and a fist full of stimpacks to be in a good mood in fallout. it might sound sadistic but, this song is so amazing, and looking over red rock mountain, only to see the lucky 38 lit up, and then the music in the back round makes you get the chills "love me as there were no tomorrow, ohh my darling, love me"

  • the comedian

  • Three cheers for the Public Domain.

  • my reaction to seeing boone...and then i realized that i couldnt have him as a follower that i made him shoot the other sniper so i blew his face off with a sawed off shotgun.

  • singers and musicians die but their music will live on FOREVER!!

  • patrolling the mojave almost make you wish for a nuclear winter...

  • @J0acko every ncr member ever

  • Such as shame that a man with such a great singing voice had to die so young......it's such a great thing that he is immortalised by New Vegas.

  • ive never watched any of that little gay ass kids garbage and never willl

  • No YouTube, I do not want to watch "Love Me" by Justin Beiber!!!!

  • screw the three people that dislike this song

  • @consumedpies

    don't worry

NCR Veteran Rangers will hunt them down

  • There will always be the 3 people who have to click "dislike" simply because there are 400+ who clicked "like". Conforming is bad, you know?

  • @InspiredBloodMage There are plenty of mods that allow you to put your own music in... but you can't have too much of these songs in New Vegas, only too little of other songs like them.

  • Fallout New Vegas taught me to love Nat King Cole and many others. The music in the game just fits, it is awesome.

  • @Caeniix25 i know, listening to Mr. New Vegas and his radio station through the whole game has completely changed my tastes in music. I wish there was a real Radio New Vegas...

  • @Brutusness as do i.

  • 3 people lost Karma!

  • @jigsawkillas no, three people were raped by cook cook, fisted up by veronica, and sniped in the nuts by boone.

  • Whoever disliked this are either deaf or insane.

  • incredible, this is actually one of my favorite nat king cole songs

  • @InspiredBloodMage Well, you try scavenging through a nuclear wasteland for records of music from the 60s. And when you can get a huge variety of music, you should compete against Radio New Vegas, who is trying to do the same. :P

  • FOR GOD SAKES YOUTUBE I DONT CARE ABOUT THE GREAT DEALS I CAN GET IN DUBAI

  • @395obuc Hear, hear.

  • @395obuc It's like saying "yes, yes".

  • @SocialDissimulation what does yes have to do with that?

  • @395obuc Don't worry about it, kiddo.

  • @SocialDissimulation Whatever you say

  • @395obuc

    lol same here.

  • Like if you are listening to this in 2011!

  • oooooh my daaaarling, love meeeeee

don't ever let meeeeeeeeee GOOOOOOOOOOOO :D

  • 3 people didn't notice the legendary deathclaw because they were enjoying this song

  • 3 people were patrolling the Mojave

  • this song creates the best mood i've ever felt from a video game. unbelievable how music can change a barren, death-filled wasteland into a wonderland

  • @bubby2000000 nuclear wonderland

  • @theSpartan187 Nuclear Winter Wonderland.... look for it on Holotape.

  • Deathclaws are really very nice once you get to know them , the get such a bad wrap....

  • when i first heardy this song i wished for a nucular winter

  • Up next is Nat King Cole with 'Love Me As Though There Were No Tomorrow' because in New Vegas, hey, ya neva' know.

  • @Blazeburn100 Lmao! awesome. Thank you

  • happy 5 21 !!!!

  • Oh man, I remembered all the songs on the soundtrack when I went on vacation to Vegas, I was so enthralled by how everything looked in real life, then I compared it to the game :O

  • This is why Fallout is ranked as one of the best RPGs of all time. Can't say that COD, can you?

  • @tstanator compared to TES it's trash, but i love fallout<3

  • @tstanator CoD isn't a RPG, so no, you can't say that.

  • i just recruited cass and this song played on my radio O_o

  • I'll sticj with the metro 2033 songs...

  • Can someone tell me the genre of this music? Is it Blues?

  • @ThatAwesomeUsername This is jazz, and more specifically Big Band music.

  • @HailTheUser

    Thank you very much!

  • fuck to las vegas, here we have NEW VEGAS! lol

  • it's too damn short

  • now or never* not now of never

  • this and heartaches by the number are my faviouroute!

  • @Judex777 oh no, that was President Eden, lets set a pack of Deathclaws on him tho?

  • 3 people where Never Loved As Though There Were No Tomorrow...how Sad

  • fallout 3 was a better game and had better music

  • @bdGongShow agreed, but new vegas is still a good game.

  • @Oxygen97 yes new vegas was amazing, but not as amazing as fallout 3 :)

  • goddamn FUCKING CAZADORS SUCK MAI BALLS

  • You don't hear music like this being made anymore....

    Best game ever...best music ever...

  • @ClintEastwood215

Of course you won't hear music like this being made anymore. Nat King Cole's been dead for almost fifty years.

  • @newguy90 well of course, if only somebody new made music like this, that would be something...

  • Who knew a nuclear war that will kill most of our civilization will bring back great MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This was back when music was....well....MUSIC

  • aaahhh. I love how nuclear war makes people love 50's music

  • @The0Assasins0Creed0 Maybe the apocalypse in Fallout was God stepping in to eliminate all memory of justin bieber and his fans, and get people listening to the classics, the only music left.

If so, it was TOTALLY worth it ^^

  • @psychicllamakiller Except that in the alternate timeline in Fallout Justin Beiber (or anyone like him) never became mainstream. The "most modern" styles of music that became popular was early rock and roll (Doowop, Rockabilly, etc).

  • @jonharana ....maybe in Fallout's universe, Beiber was born in 2077, God saw his possible future success and didnt want to take any chances?

"I SAY NUKE THE WHOLE SITE FROM ORBIT. IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO BE SURE." *world ends*

  • @psychicllamakiller You must be jealous. He's getting some ass and you're not. You mad, bro?

  • @Antiks72 ....I dont know where to begin correcting that, so I'm just going to say "you're a little wrong there, stranger", and move on. OK?

  • @psychicllamakiller You hit the nail on the head, my friend.

  • @The0Assasins0Creed0 you mean how a video games sudden makes 12 year old kids believe they like 50s music?

  • @ncPsychosis beleive they like? if they like it, they like it, i've never heard anything like this before fallout 3, and i think it creates a perfect atmostphere and can't stop listenign to them,

  • @The0Assasins0Creed0 lol right

  • @The0Assasins0Creed0 so true man, and the only modern day music i listen to is kid cudi and sublime. all the rest is now old school club music like sinatra and dean martin :)

  • you know what sucks just walking around in quarry junction listing to this song as boone gets his ass handed to him as you watch him get killed by death claws XD
