Technically they did tyrannically conquer Iraq seeing that they did topple the government using military force, also, those US casualties add up. Insurgents killing Iraqis also bolsters support for the insurgents from the Iraqis because the power struggle in the area is threating the Iraqis by tampering with the welfare and stability there, causing the people to take sides. Which according to the news is causing displacement. Whatever the case, an exit strategy is very needed.
As far as U.S. Casualties are concerned, we lose more teenagers a year to drunk driving accidents than we lost soldiers in Iraq. The Insurgency is a very big problem and it IS time to leave. we trained an Army very well and gave them good equipment, the Iraqis just are to scared to take control of themselves. And you cant belive the news, its mostly liberal, they don't show you all the good shit we've done over there.
