  • I hardly ever get any sort of national pride, but my chest swelled up a bit when I heard with such alarm they shouted "Women and children!" as soon as they were spotted.

  • I love those trucks they use, really cool looking.

  • @KuukkisJAM Sig 552 and 551. The 551 to U.S. Guns is a m16, and the 552 is a m4

  • What rifle do they use?,,grettings

  • @KuukkisJAM Im not sure, i think it is an AK5.

  • @junewhitthefur Thanks,that rifle looks so cool :D

  • @KuukkisJAM The swedish main assault rifle is AK-5. It´s derivated from FN FNG. Swedes don´t use Sig 550-series weapons like the other guy said.

  • Respect from and American. Thank you Sweden.

  • part 2 .. is no longer talking about individuals where practically specific to the soldier during training is approached individually individually. Then the results of this work can be seen in such wilmach, you will see peace, calmness, thoughtful movements, tactics, and most importantly they do not allow yourself to unnecessary loss of civilians

  • Some of the best soldiers of the world such as Poland, Germany, and why so that their every move is preceded by thinking. Every move and it shows it is thought there is no empty mindless shooting at random on the basis of a sea I hit someone, in these countries are spending more time on training people, even if it is a basic course is longer than Americans are trained and ... part 1

  • Dude probably missed his helmet...

  • verses taliban gay's..............

  • glad their on our side

  • 2 til

  • those rifles look really new, wat does sweden give their trrops in terms of rifles and sidearms?

  • @hax0r117 An extensivly modified FN Herstal FNC80, made under licence in Sweden under the name AK5. The version carried by these soldiers looks to be the AK5C version. Standard sidearm is a Glock 17. Squad automatic weapon used is mostly FN Herstal Minimi chambered for 5.56mm called KSP90, although KSP56, a licence built version of FN Herstal's FN MAG which the M240 is based on, is used when the range and stopping power of the 7,62mm is wanted.

  • @PrinsPrygel very prompt :) thanks

  • @PrinsPrygel haha lugnt mannen vet exakt vad du menar ;)

  • @hax0r117 i belive they use the ak5

  • They did exactly what they supposed to do, 100% pefect.

  • Ser lite ut som call of duty xD

  • typo:fact

  • The fract is that northern Afghanistan is quite peaceful. This is the region where Swedish-Finnish troops patrol. The hotspot is in the southern Afghanistan. To be more precise: south-east Afghanistan, near the Pakistan border. This is the region where there are Foreign Legion troops as well 101Ab US forces. Also some Spec Op forces, both frrench and US.

  • @twoZeEro ah, trodde du laddade upp egna klipp, my bad.

  • @crtclrp PERSEC

  • @crtclrp snälla, håll käften.

  • I did not think that Sweden had any part in the war, I knew they had an Army but I did not know they used it:/

  • aren't they supposed to wear helmets? :)

  • @volvo240ish It's commonplace for several ISAF forces to wear soft covers while on patrol. Wearing a soft cover projects a less hostile image to the locals and helps ease tension and fear. They usually keep their helmets with them if things kick off so they can slap it right on - they still wear body armour of course.

  • @Y2KillerSPOOBLY Yeah i know that, the helmets are rly shit anyway, they are mainly used to prevent head damage from splints, not projectiles. Still I think that my officer would perfer to wear helmets during this scene ;)

  • @volvo240ish Yeah our helmets in the Australian Army won't stop a straight shot they're more designed for shrapnel and ricochets. I've never seen the yanks doing a patrol with soft covers I guess you guys are all business lol

  • SMÅLANDSFAIJER!!! SMÅLANDSFAIJER!!!

  • Norway, Sweden and Denmark all have exceptional armed forces because only the best of the best are allowed to go to war. It takes a lot to even get recruited.

Sand and sun is nothing compared to frozen marches and treacherous, mountainous landscapes in a land covered with perpetual winter.

    They are vikings.

  • @TeamBadGuys In sweden, you get 14+ months education, before you can apply for service outside sweden, which is a big chance you get to do.

  • @TeamBadGuys well yeah U really showed it in ww2. Denmark was occupitied easily, and Sweden just stood there and did nothing ensuring the steel supplies to Germany. Only Finns and Norwegians fought back. so much of the viking heritage.

  • @Adamson11x Very few countries attacked Germany first, in fact it was pretty much only the UK and France that didn't wait for Germany to attack them first. In the other cases including Norway, Denmark and Finland they did nothing until the Germans stepped over their doorstep. Not even the US got involved in the fighting until they were themselves attacked. You should go back to reading a history book or two.

  • @stridsbulten WW2 history quite well. And as I reacall it France never declared war to Germany. Only UK. Finland was in a difficult situation when Soviets attacked Finland. UK and France were prepared to send help, french even had The FFL ready to deploy to Finland. That was cut short, when Germany started the Blitzkrieg. Ther was only Germany left to turn to. I do know that there were about 7.500 volunteers from Sweden. They formed a swedish-speaking batallion in Finland.

  • @Adamson11x France and the UK declared war on Germany together, following the invasion of Poland.

  • @stridsbulten There were also SS-division and Detachment Kulm (Stukas) and Edelweiss detachment. Norway also sent volunteers. US gave Finland material aid. The americans had to join the war, because Japan was allied wit h Germany And do remember that Finns had to fought their former brothers in arms after the hard terms of peace agreeement dictated by the soviets. I do acknowledge the input of western countries and the contribution and sacrifise fxe Estonians.

  • I shared our appartment in 1.RE with a swedish sergeant. No problemo there. I really don't wan't to go down this road.

  • @TeamBadGuys Just study history. While the other vikings went fighting to west, the swedish vikings went to east. And they werre not fighting; they went to trade, not to fight ,Eventhought the russsians will never admit this, in one way or another, they are desccendants of ancient vikings caled "rusi".

  • @TeamBadGuys And theres Finland.. Where all guys go to military and Finland has even worse winters and they are also got russia rigth next to them.

  • Jolly Green GIants Fuckin up your day! HE ARMY IS IN MY HEART!

  • so kommt jemand aus berlin

  • @BeigarthTV How do you gather that the Final army is more 'grown up'? We're practically the same in size, except Sweden has a higher military budget, meaning better technology & weaponry.

Also @ your other comment, moving away from a place is not going to solve anything. That's pure cowardice.

  • Kom igen, Sverige! :)

  • i have no clue of what there saying

  • @Awesome0311 they are telling each other to stop arguing and get into the queue!! for those desperate for it in the ass!!!

  • Im american and these guys now what they are doing so fuck off.

  • @hoochbel456 I've seen what marines can do. Was mot at all impressed. And I doubt if U're american. Seen Navy SEALs. they at least know what they're doing.

  • @hoochbel456

Same - these guys know what they are doing

Good communication and good run and cover

I am american and lived in sweden for 2 years.

Did army service in usa but moved here after with my girlfriend.

    Awesome country you have btw.

  • @RedGr3mlinz Well, we got many faults we too, dont we...

  • RPG KLOCKAN 3!

  • vikings! i was expecting the the whole section to pull out their battle axes run across the open ground slaughter any enemy and kick back at the fob with wild boar and ale...;)

  • @lionsleadbydonkeys that would be pretty awesome but probobly wont work nowadays

  • When I become old enough, i will join the army and i think it would be cool to fight side by side with my fellow scandinavians, the swedes and norweigian

    - From a dane :)

  • Yes I am. You wear your helmet when you walk out that gate, as Special Forces, SOC, Marine Commandos, regular army. It is part of your basic equipment as a soldier. You are never prepared, you act to the situation as it arises and adapt to the situation. Im just pointing it out that they are not wearing their helmets, - thats all.

  • Comment removed

  • Where the fuck are your helmets?? In a firefight without helmets on..not good.

  • @andynator88 lol u a soldir? By the way i think hey where not prepared!

  • @andynator88 Thats like kinda strange, i know its hot guys but....dont life mean anything..lmao.

  • @andynator88

It's because we Swedes are so hard that we do not have any need for helmets...

No but seriously, these guys are out on Hearts and Minds missions and doing something as little (or as much) as removing your helmets show the civilians that you're not there to start any fights.

  • @LuciusCorneliusMacro Greatest respect to you Swedish soldiers! I had the pleasure of getting to know some of your fellow Swedes in Mazar e sharif.

  • @TheBeatnik1000

Oh, I've never served in Afghanistan. But I'm sure some Swede who has done that will see what you wrote and be very happy! ;)

  • @BeigarthTV if finland was so "grown up" we wouldnt have this discussion..jeez

  • respect!

  • @elsondros The guy at the left doesn't just dissappear. You can hear him shout "sist (3:37) which means last, as he runs past the soldier who's recording.

  • @scholion + finnish hackapell :D=Domi(NATION)

  • @scholion And the UK ruled the world 200 years ago. Stupidest argument Ive heard lol.

  • At some points I'm confused, was that pure Swedish or so called "SwEnglish" 8) Besides, knowing English and a little bit (really little) German one can read Swedish to some extent.

  • Unlike American troops Swedish troops got a hell of a discipline on who and what they're shooting at. In this case the tallibans hided behind women and children which makes the swedish troops powerless.

  • Anyone knows what the manuver is called in English? In Swedish it is "blixtlås".

  • @SWEmanque I think they call it "Movement to contact"

  • swedish languagw sounds like shit in the military lol

  • @shadowkrypton So do english

  • @TheDouchebag368 i think english sounds way better

  • @shadowkrypton I think it sounds awesome, although in this vid they aren't really saying it the way it should be said. But, the way it's supposed to be isn't always right, and in a combat situation you don't really stick to rules concering language. I guess.

  • I am proud that i am swedish

  • @bestronaldo1997

proud online, yes. But if someone ask you here in Sweden you'd claim that you are not.

  • this war sucks

  • @mostafa9506 how the fuck can u laugh at that??????

  • Shit man some of those guys arent wearing any helmets arent they scared?

  • @Adamson11x

Well you obviously don't know Swedish then, there were RPG firing. And I wouldn't call it panicing cause you take cover from small arms fire? It's idiotic to stand and expose yourselves, I wonder wether you even had any military training what so ever, you sound like a child with no other reference than video games, so please.

  • @Adamson11x

Repeating commands is also standard in the Swedish military, and we're being trained to do so, and do it loudly so every soldier knows whats happening and is going to happen. In a combat situation you must often scream to be heard, they got a muscle memory to do so, if your position is already known there is no reason not to. You big fat liar, Navy Seals pff

  • @k1lkenny Exactly. Lots of things is happening and the enemy allready know your possition. So why not repeat to prevent any miss understanding?

  • @Adamson11x I doubt you served with anyone except maybe the boyscouts. A real marine wouldn't dis another soldier.

  • @Adamson11x HAHAHAHAH panicing ? There wasn't any panic u dumbfuck, now head back to you're fucking pokémon cards.

  • @fermyr Well, they reacted well. I've been under fire several times. Served in the FFl in afghanistan as a sniper. They just do it so very wrong. But hell yeah, they were peacekeepers,

  • @fermyr Really? Go on an listen U'r Top Gun theme

  • damm talibans

  • 50 on the van.

    I JELLY

  • Good job Sweden! No one lower their standards to that of the American military. They kill reporters, women, children, and other Nato troops, as well as run over the bodies with humvees. Check out wikileaks for footage of Americans killing children and cameramen and the father and running over bodies and shooting injured civilians.

    Love to Sweden from Canada.

Bless British, Candian, Swedish, French, Australian, Icelandic, and whoever else is or has been there... and good American soldiers.

  • Battlefield 3?

  • fy fan

  • Sweden should be known as the tolerant safe haven as it is.We want everyone to get along and we are not controlled by a religion. We are a free country. and no religion or idealogy belongs here.no muslims wil take over the swedish politic and no christians will ever be allowed to change people's religous standpoint.we are free to think for ourselves. The day a religion takes over sweden is when i will fight back.

  • the swedes are extremely professional..this seems like a special forces group kinda

  • @jjelrod1111 Actually they aren't. The probability that a lot of them are from the Jaeger battallions are however high, but yeah... Discipline and proffessionalism is, what I've heard, very important for the Swedish armed forces :)

  • @MatteV2 glad they are with us!

  • @MatteV2 Yup, they are supposed to be a standard for the Swedish population. Expected to allways maintain a level of proffessionality and respect. Regardless of wether they are deployed or in civilian life at the time.

  • @Ze3g0 You're in the Swedish Armed forces?

  • @MatteV2 Nope, but I'm interrested, read allot about it and intend to join eventually. Plus I know people who are in the Swedish Armed Forces.

  • @Ze3g0 haha!! you really think you can join the swedish army?? what does the difference by u knowing people in the swedish army?

  • @nazze Well, I think the fact that I'm fucking Swedish helps. Anyone swede can join the army if they're accepted you fucktard.

  • @Ze3g0 Nice! I personally plan to join as well, and I have applied for 2012, but I think I might fail the initial tests :p

  • @MatteV2 I'm a bit worried as well, but I'm going to wait with applying untill my circumstances improve.

  • @Ze3g0 I'm going to keep applying, time after time, just for the heck of it :) I'd love to join the Jaeger battalions, but.. Well, let's just say it like this, I'm too fat for that >.>

  • @jjelrod1111

This is just regular Swedish Armed Forces standard ;)

  • @jjelrod1111

Yeah. We do not have that many soldiers so we have to put a high standard on the few we have.

  • One person should be tali-banned!!!

  • And why we weren't invaded was because IF the germans or brittish or anyone for that matter, the opposing forces would bomb the shit out of all our ironmines. The government did everything so that the swedish people wouldn't suffer so that when it was all over we could help those who was in need of it. I would have changed NOTHING.

About the forces in Afghanistan, they are there to increase the saftey of women and children so that they can educate them self in many of the schools that are built.

  • @Zuppex93

well the swedish population at the time got strict orders by the goverment not to do anything. and when the german troops was moving north to get into finland. they wanted lots of nice food at each stop and they even raided ppls houses for food and took all horses, cows, pigs and even seeds and more from farms. so farmers beforethe germans arrived had to hide some of there stocks so the germans would not take it all. all just to avoid a war. but now days swedes like me likes germans ^^

  • @Lafladitu

Ýou are a finnish devil. if you surrender to sweden you would have been somewhat safe but you guys wanted to belong to russia and stalin. so shame on you. you got what you deserved traitors.

  • @charbra1000

You fail hard. very does it say iam finnish ? Iam swedish you B-tard.

And i think you should stop all this hatred towards the finnish people. they are in our blood like norway, dannes and icelanders.

and if you didnt know Russia was made by swedish vikings if you learn history. Rus was the old words in the middle east for Swedish vikings who traded in constantinople.

so stop this hatread towards other counrtys and focus on thier leaders instead and hate them
