Then i didn't hook back up until i got proper Internet Security, that same day, my Bitdefender caught the idiot scanning my ports. I retraced the IP, turned out he was on VPS.

Their IP is the vps from which they accessed your account from. They crypted the jdb to make it undetectable. Don't type anything in because you're being RAT'd. They can see through your webcam, hear you, control your mouse, turn off your pc. Completely clean your pc.
