You are quite right. Please see my video: What Does the Talmud Really Teach?

Does not look good for the Talmud or Judaism - Rabbis have changed many things in the Talmud to coverup secret Jewish teaching against the Jews.

Should we prove another Talmud quote, or did I give you the tools you need now to read the Talmud for the first time smike53.

  • @EscapeNewJersey Typo again - Rabbis have changed many things in the Talmud to coverup secret Jewish teaching against the Jews. --> must read "Rabbis have changed many things in the Talmud to coverup secret Jewish teaching against the Gentiles."

  • @EscapeNewJersey

    Oh well here goes!

Firstly the quote u mention doesnt exist-not even in the antisemitic translations it says thus:

    Kethubot 11b (Gemara)

"When a grown-up man has intercourse with a little girl it is nothing" No where, even in the translation brought by jew haters, does it say otherwise.

    Secondly: Meaning:

    RABBI DR I. EPSTEIN

MISHNAH. WHEN A GROWN-UP MAN HAS HAD SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WITH A LITTLE GIRL, OR WHEN A SMALL BOY50 HAS INTERCOURSE WITH A GROWN-UP WOMAN, OR [WHEN A GIRL WAS ACCIDENTALLY] INJURED BY A PIECE OF WOOD — [IN ALL THESE CASES] THEIR KETHUBAH IS TWO HUNDRED.

  • @EscapeNewJersey

    RABBI DR I. EPSTEIN

Footnote 4 - If they had sexual intercourse before they were three years and one day old the hymen would grow again, and they would be virgins. V. 9a and 11b and cf. Nid. 44b and 45a

There for is an adult Jew is caught have sex with a child they pay a fine (dowry). However, if the little girl is less then 3 years and a day old Jews believe that her hymen will grow back to conceal the crime.

  • @EscapeNewJersey typo, There for is = Therefore if a

  • @Escape..

Ah! at last uve looked into with a little more detail. Alas you added ur own bit in the end of Isidore Epsteins footnote. I quote:"if the little girl is less then 3 years and a day old Jews believe that her hymen will grow back to conceal the crime." (ur addition!!)

The section has nothing to do with "concealing a crime", its a way of ensuring the girl would get a Ketubah despite her being raped as a child. Its trying to protect children, not justify crimes!

  • @smike53 Alas, the Talmud folio quotes and footnotes are translated from RABBI DR I. EPSTEIN quote:

"Footnote 4 - If they had sexual intercourse before they were three years and one day old the hymen would grow again, and they would be virgins. V. 9a and 11b and cf. Nid. 44b and 45a"

  • @EscapeNewJersey I forgot to put quotes arround the footnote because I was struggling to get youtube to accept entry due to links and other innsues in the test. Also, the part I wrote was supposted to be separated from the footnote but youtube does not allow spaces between lines anymore.

  • @EscapeNewJersey The summary of the Rabbi's translation is saying the same thing as the footnote. As for as raping a 3 year old girl being a crime, maybe you don't or Jews in general don't consider raping a 3 year old girl is a crime. You tell me.

  • @smike53 "The section has nothing to do with "concealing a crime", its a way of ensuring the girl would get a Ketubah despite her being raped as a child. Its trying to protect children, not justify crimes!" The Jew that commited the sexual act with the child 3yo child is not condemed and his act is ignored in Jewish law and is not considered a sin.

  • @EscapeNewJersey

oh dear once again uve missed the whole point.

    1. U added ur own footnote to Epsteins. the bit with "Concealing a crime" is ur note not his.

    2. His act is not ignored its just not the point of this tract.

    3. ur quote 3 posts-previous-is exact, but u added onto it.

    4. ur not relating to my replies but restating what u claimed and I've proved wrong.

Is this the way u do research in ur university?

  • @smike53 You are flayling around and trying to attack the person instead of the issue. You pick and choose what you want to reply too and ignore the blatant racist and bigoted Talmud quotes that are not convienient for you. I have already told you that YouTube did not print my summary separate from the foot notes and I accidently dropped the quotes around the footnotes as I was trying to figure out why it did not post.

  • @EscapeNewJersey

Good, we're finally getting somewhere. Nu, so u "forgot" to close quotes.

so who added on to the footnotes?

At last u admit it! You did!

In other words this is ur own interpretation! Not the Talmuds and not Epstein's words at all!

So ur claims are based on ur own understanding of the text! And this from a person who's never learnt Talmud! Doesnt know what a Ketubah is. Has no idea of what the Talmud is talking about!

And I havent done with you yet....

  • @smike53 Now we are getting somewhere because I will give supporting Talmud quotes:

FOLLOW IS A FOOTNOTE QUOTE FROM RABBI DR I. EPSTEIN ABOUT SANHEDRIN FOLIO 54 B FROM WEBSITE I HAVE LISTED SEVERAL TIMES:

"I.e., Rab makes nine years the minimum; but if one committed sodomy with a child of lesser age, no guilt is incurred. Samuel makes three the minimum."

  • @EscapeNewJersey FOOTNOTE 24 "I.e., Rab makes nine years the minimum; but if one committed sodomy with a child of lesser age, no guilt is incurred. Samuel makes three the minimum."

  • @smike53

FOLLOW IS A FOOTNOTE 26 QUOTE FROM RABBI DR I. EPSTEIN ABOUT SANHEDRIN FOLIO 54 B FROM WEBSITE I HAVE LISTED SEVERAL TIMES:

"Thus the point of comparison is the sexual matureness of woman, which is reached at the age of three."

  • I wonder how you are going to squirm out of the last two footnotes QUOTES of RABBI DR I. EPSTEIN Talmud translation.

  • @smike53 "At last u admit it! You did!" - LOL I'm the one providing the valid Talmud websites for people to varify the quotes.

  • @Escape..

    To summarise:

    1. u claim, bringing sources, talmud says its permissible to have sex with a 3 y/o

    2. I bring the Mishna I prove it doesnt (in Danbys trans.)

    3. You then go on looking and find a text (gemara)which u think might be relevant. I bring-in fact u did-the precise text. Nowhere is it stated or even hinted at.

4.You then resort to Epsteins commentaries.

5 You add ur own to Epsteins expecting us not notice. So what happened 2 ur original claim? Just not there!

  • @EscapeNewJersey

Next: (and this is just absurd!)

U claim "I'm the one providing the valid Talmud websites"

Uve just been proved a misquoter, a misreader, an awful researcher and then u claim ur bringing valid sources!

U then try ur luck with a new quote without even relating to whats just been disproved!

But how can we take any quote u bring seriously when uve just been proved all of the above!!

  • @all viewers

    Re: me and @escape.

This is definitely a case history of how easy it is to show up all Jewhating-would-be -Talmudists that have no idea of what theyre talking about. If this interests u other guys read thru the dialogue between me and @escape. In any case I intend to post the dialogue in its entirety on my channel.

Trolls like these are less common than u think, they just, well, troll!

If u see an absurd Jewhating quote from the Talmud go for it. Its a pushover!

  • @EscapeNewJersey

    Contd.

Its a discussion of the Ketuba-a contract given to brides. All Rabba's saying is that if such a thing happens it mustnt effect her Ketubah."nothing" means-"no effect".

Simple-yet so simple to distort. Never mind I didnt expect u to be a talmud scholar!

I know its not going to make any difference-proving ur just a charlatan with no knowledge at all of the talmud. So why do I reply? - so that others who read this kinda garbage to know how to reply

    Now go get a life.

  • Moed Kattan 17a: If a Jew is tempted to do evil he should go to a city where he is not known and do the evil there.

  • You will hurt me? I think not. Go lose about 50 pounds and shave your anus.

  • Why don't you stop making excuses and lets settle this little dispute? You are garbage bro...a POS, sand-nigger piece of trash. I'll kill you face to face...I know you're a coward, which is why all you want to do is talk. Or do you want to suck my fat Jewish cock? Is that it? Go cut your sister's hand off for fingering herself you fucking whore MF.

  • That's all you can do is talk...coward.

  • Your mother should have aborted you faggot.

  • Someone is going to kill you....

  • These comments are so annoying. Adherance to and study of the Oral Law is the secret of the survival of the Jewish people for over 2000 years. In the living words of Shlomo Carlebach, "Don't get involved in another person's chametz (leaven)" The Talmud and the Halacha is the correct interpretation of the Bible, and Chabad is a great movement with a lot of problems. Rabbi Meir said, "Eating a Pomegranate? Eat the seeds and throw away the peel." Chabad has seeds that will bring the Redemption.

  • A Modern Great Sage and Tzaddik (Saint) living among us today. Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz, by far one of the Greatest Talmudic and Torah scholars in the history of the Nation of Israel and the world. A true Superman and a descendents of the Greats Sages of the Torahs.

-Baruch de Spinoza, Ph.D., Harvard University

  • hmmmmm....talk for hours and really say nothing....i dont have the time

  • Ok lets remember that Chabad is just a chazzer trayf new reliigion that is trying to lure actual jews away from actual judaism.

Now Chabad has great marketing and PR but its still just a variation of Jews For Jesus.

Never learn talmud from a chabad.

  • Rav Steinsaltz is not Chabad.

  • u sure about that?

  • Talmud is unimportant. God is the only teacher one needs, and the Bible makes this clear itself.

There are no perfect teachers other than God, and man is prone to mistakes and bias. (which Jewish history has shown)

  • I am not a Chabadnic but your a moran for writing that lets at least try to live in peace after all we are Yehudim we have enough people hating us already would you agree!!!!

  • nah i don't agree because chabad isn't jewish.

its important that the world not confuse actual jews with members of the new religion called chabad.

chabad is very non jewish in many ways esp in how it says chabad guys can use hookers when their wives are niddah because masturbation is evil (Tanya chap 7 see my profile).

sorry if you were unaware of the differences between judaism and chabad but now you know. chabad is just like jews for jesus but with better PR and cashflow

  • A large assortment of pointless naïvetés, taboos, superstitions, demonic lore, myths,- The Book of Jewish Knowledge, speaking about the Talmud.

  • The book West African Traditional Religion states: Oral information may not be a safe bet for accuracy. More often than not, pieces of information passed on orally are subject to additions and subtractions, modifications and distortions, exaggerations and confusions, so that it is often difficult to separate the truth from the fiction.

  • I respect your viewpoint and passion, but what does the Torah say? Shemohth′/Exodus 24:3, 4; Ye·shu′a‛/ Joshua 8:34-35.

  • Talmud is an instruction book for racism!

  • Ya, and Jews need a conscience!

  • At least he has a head. Yours is obviously nothing but mush.

  • This guy needs a shave and a shower!

  • What a complete idiot you are! You have the intellect of a flea. Shut up and learn something.

  • Talmud is an instruction book for racism! I can prove it. It has perverted the pure meaning of scripture and has led to apostacy!

  • You can't prove it because you have never studied it. You have NO idea what it is. You don't read Hebrew do you? You don't know what the Midrash teaches do you? You have no connection to the history of the Talmud do you?

Then how can you possibly explain anything in it without looking foolish?

  • I have read much of the Talmud and I can prove my claims. The Talmud is not scriptue and is an apaostacy of true scripture.

  • The fact that Moses established the written law is proof enough, but further proof is found in the Bible itself which states God alone is the teacher of man.

  • @EscapeNewJersey

all I can see in your comment is a complete and utter ignorance of the content, meaning and applications of the Talmud. If you've never read it and undersood it, it seems a bit moronic to comment on it, don't you think?

Since you say: "I can prove it" Please do - I'm awaiting your proofs.

Unless of course you have other agenda? Do you?

  • @smike53

Sanhedrin 57a . When a Jew murders a gentile ("Cuthean"), there will be no death penalty. What a Jew steals from a gentile he may keep.

Baba Kamma 37b. The gentiles are outside the protection of the law and God has "exposed their money to Israel."

Baba Kamma 113a. Jews may use lies ("subterfuges") to circumvent a Gentile.

  • @smike53

Yebamoth 98a. All gentile children are animals.

Abodah Zarah 36b. Gentile girls are in a state of niddah (filth) from birth.

Baba Mezia 24a . If a Jew finds an object lost by a gentile ("heathen") it does not have to be returned. (Affirmed also in Baba Kamma 113b).

Sanhedrin 76a. God will not spare a Jew who "marries his daughter to an old man or takes a wife for his infant son or returns a lost article to a Cuthean..."

  • @smike53

Sanhedrin 57a . A Jew need not pay a gentile ("Cuthean") the wages owed him for work.

Sanhedrin 55b. A Jew may marry a three year old girl (specifically, three years "and a day" old).

Sanhedrin 54b. A Jew may have sex with a child as long as the child is less than nine years old.

  • @smike53

Kethuboth 11b. "When a grown-up man has intercourse with a little girl it is nothing."

Baba Mezia 59b. A rabbi debates God and defeats Him. God admits the rabbi won the debate.

Menahoth 43b-44a. A Jewish man is obligated to say the following prayer every day: Thank you God for not making me a gentile, a woman or a slave.

  • @smike53

The Talmud (i.e., the Babylonian Talmud) text of Sanhedrin 37a restricts the duty to save life to saving only Jewish lives.

The book on Hebrew censorship, written by Jews themselves (Hesronot Ha-shas), notes that some Talmud texts use the universalist phrase:

"Whoever destroys the life of a single human being...it is as if he had destroyed an entire world; and whoever preserves the life of a single human being ...it is as if he had preserved an entire world."

  • @EscapeNewJersey

However, Hesronot Ha-shas points out that these are not the authentic words of the original Talmud.

In other words, the preceding universalist rendering is not the authentic text of the Talmud and thus, for example, this universalist version which Steven Spielberg in his famous movie, Schindler's List attributed to the Talmud, is a hoax and constitutes propaganda intended to give a humanistic gloss.

  • @EscapeNewJersey oops! all that work in copy-paste and all uve done is use mis-translations, misreadings et al.Uve also inadvertently pointed out one of the Talmuds greatest contributions to Judaism and mankind. God is indeed "subordinate" to the Rabbi's decision(Babba Metsiah) This principle is not only essential to Judaism but also teaches of the power of man to make his own decisions-paving the way for a true democracy. God=omnipotent, man=independent. Try rereading or even learning Aramaic.

  • @smike53 LOL I knew you would say that!! So why don't you post here the english translated Talmud passages that I quoted and give me the online "valid" Talmud source according to you. I must warn you that I have gone to Jewish created Talmud sites and have verified every quote. I even listened to a Rabbi English translations from Israel to confirm the Talmud quotes. This may explain why the Talmud is rarely discussed and available in english.

  • @EscapeNewJersey

Do you really think theres any point if u fall back constantly on ur mediaeval blood libels and Aryan hate talk?

Of course u dont understand because ur merely reading translations of a text which demands tremendous knowledge of the Talmud.

All texts are written in a telegrammatic form. Cut out the filthy hate talk and then maybe I'll be able to talk some sense into you. What? u want me to post the very mistranslations that uve read and are firing ur stupid Jew hating spree?

  • @smike53 Why don't you provide the valid Talmud quotes and there sources and prove me wrong. Sounds like alot of double talk to me. Prove me wrong. Please!! Certainly this should be easy for you.

  • @smike53

The only filthy hate talk here is the Talmund quotes you baited me to produce. Quoting the truth should not be considered hate talk. So I think that there is a point to flush out the truth, you should also. My religion is attacked all the time and I always answer the criticism with the freely available truth and straight talk.

  • @EscapeNewJersey

OK so here goes-just one-(I have a life)

Ketuboth 11b-u say "permitted to have sexual intercourse with a girl 3 yrs old." Source is:

A WOMAN PROSELYTE, A WOMAN CAPTIVE, AND A WOMAN SLAVE, WHO HAVE BEEN REDEEMED, CONVERTED, OR FREED [WHEN THEY WERE] LESS THAN THREE YEARS AND ONE DAY OLD — THEIR KETHUBAH IS TWO HUNDRED [ZUZ]. AND THERE IS WITH REGARD TO THEM THE CLAIM OF [NON-]VIRGINITY.

Thats all. Trouble is it doesnt really make that much diference to u anyway does it?

  • @EscapeNewJersey

..and whats more, the same could be said for each and every one of ur "quotes".

Uve never learnt Aramaic, Hebrew, the Talmud, Mishnah, Gemara. Never bothered to delve into what they all mean and yet you persist in bringing the most absurd quotes, presenting urself as some kind of scholar.

By bringing them here on utube ur just exposing ur own ignorance and pathetic scholarship.

  • @EscapeNewJersey

...and last but not least u should really go into the whys and wherefores of Talmudic misquotings and misreadings - all under the guise of "seeking the truth". Theyre not really truth seeking are they? Since ur into "truth", perhaps u'll be able to give an honest reply. I'll rephrase the question: Whats the source of all these lies about the Talmud? I wonder...

  • @smike53 Before we go off flaying off the subject, lets establish if I have misquoted the Talmud. This is usually where the conversation usually falls apart because I did quote the Talmud correctly. If I am wrong, you should correct me since it is such a easy thing to do since you are so certain and educated about the Talmud.

  • @EscapeNewJersey

I just did - but u have nothing to say!!!

    read my posts!

  • @smike53 You entire assumption is that the quotes I gave are mistranslations but provide no proof that they are misquotes. That makes sense when the quotes I gave are correct. Being upset that I pointed out the truth about Jewish teaching does not change the quotes being true!

  • @EscapeNewJersey

OK I'll ask you one simple question: Is the quote you gave (Ketoboth 11b) from the Mishna? Gemara? Midrash? Rashi? Tosephot? What do you believe you're quoting? Lol! u dont even know what Im talking about, yet you ask me to "prove theyre misquotes". You dont really know where ur quoting from. LOL!

Instead of just copy-pasting Elizabeth Dilling, research the subject you claim to know about!!

    Awaiting ur reply!!!

  • @smike53 You keep trying to turn the tables on me and start asking me questions as a way to change the subject. This is a typical ploy by Jews trying to hide their teaching when it is exposed. Why don't you start answering some questions. Give me the correct translations of the Talmud quotes I gave and show me your sources.

  • @EscapeNewJersey

ktoboth11b in the talmud refers to a huge tract of learning. In order for me to locate the whereabouts you\ll have to tell me where you took the quote from. The start of Ktoboth 11b is the Mishna. Its obviously not from the Mishnah. Its very short and I quoted it for you in its entirety. So do some research and try and locate your quote. If, on the other hand, you cant do that say so and stop using it. Refer to your text in a way that it can be found-and related to.

  • @smike53 I took it from the Talmud, hence the book and "verse" number. Like I said before I listened to Rabbis in Israel read these Talmud quotes in English and they where confirmed. One website is worldwideweb(dot)sacred-texts(dot)com(slash)jud(slash)

  • @smike53 worldwideweb(dot)come-and-hear(dot)com(slash)tcontents.html is another website I use. The Talmud is only partially available on the internet primarily at the two websites I listed (gee I wonder why?). To fill in the blanks I go to my University's library.

  • worldwideweb(dot)come-and-hear(dot)com(slash)sanhedrin(slash)sanhedrin_57.html

Translated By: RABBI DR. I. EPSTEIN

Babylonian Talmud: Tractate Sanhedrin : Folio 57a

"It applies to the withholding of a labourer's wage.44 One Cuthean from another, or a Cuthean from an Israelite is forbidden, but an Israelite from a Cuthean is permitted.45"

45 This only borders on a robbery, for actual robbery means depriving a person of what he already possesses

    46 I.e., non-actionable.

  • @EscapeNewJersey The footnote (number 33) to the Babylonian Talmud: Tractate Sanhedrin : Folio 57a at worldwideweb(dot)come-and-hear(dot)com(slash)sanhedrin(slash)sanhedrin_57.html also states the following:

    33. "'Cuthean' (Samaritan) was here substituted by the censor for the original goy (heathen)."

Does not sound good for the Talmud or Judaism. Many changes (censorship) by Rabbis to coverup secret Jewish teachings against Gentiles.

  • @EscapeNewJersey typo, footnotes to translation are 44 and 45.
