It supports SDHC, the format is mov, im using Mac and its working flawlessly without any problems, on older macbooks it tends to lag though because of the high quality.

Hi, i got the same camcorder but when i export to my computer the video lags really bad. It gets chop of every few seconds. May i know how you get the video running smoothly? I'm using sdhc card, recording in full hd and yes, my comp can support HD videos. Please help =(

download latest klite codecs or divx, run the video from the hard drive and not the card, failing that it might be your hdd speed or cpu
