He currently has 160,000 miles on his 04 f250.

Those have 1/2" sheathing on all the walls and roof, and the weight of the shingles. The kind in this video is far less weight as the metal roof and wall mobile homes do not have plywood or OSB under the side walls or roof, only very light weight thin metal.
Why do people do this? Sure your truck can do it but it'll fuck up your transmission. My uncle pulled a big cargo trailer on a long haul with a GMC 1/2ton and really fucked his truck up

The reason Ford sells the most trucks is because their shit is produced in higher numbers than anybody else, not to mention that their base model trucks are cheap as fuck so people buy them for that reason.

my thoughts are, just about any 3/4 ton truck can pull that much weight. once or twice but not all day everyday . sec im sure it couldnt stop all the weight..im sure its fun to watch but that transmissions life just got cut but half.just my 2 cents

Ford tough is a fact, I have a 2000 EX with the 7.3 and it has just over 250K on it and I pull loads of 6 to 8k all the time, off-road trails, racing and have only performed standard maintenance no major repairs. Try that with a foreign truck good luck even making one of my pulls. Buy American and create jobs for Americans!

Theres a reason they use semis to move stuff like this.......Little pick up trucks arent able to do it, not safely or not reliably. You buy little trucks like that to haul some 2x4s from lowes and some bags of fertilizer.

@lpbulldogs1 not anymore pal, the new 6.7 has 735 lbs of torque while cummins has 650, and Powerstroke has 390 hp while cummins has 350. Thats what happens when Ford makes the engine.

And for all of you who knock on Toyota being un- American and the big three being American made.... not true. Toyota is more American made than the Chevy or Dodge truck I have in my garage as I type this. I am by no means a 'yoda fanboy. Toyota is American made, Asian OWNED. @DuckwalkSupreme, oh really, then why do cruse ships and locamotivs use Vblock and not inline? the cylinder arangment is for aplication reasons, has nothing to do with power. the only engine arangment that makes more power is a turbine. the new V8 diesels from ford and duramax put down way more power then that old l6, and ther lighter to, AND they get better mpg, And ther quieter, AND they put them in better built trucks.
