What Makes a Good Video Blog (vlog)?

Hi I know you posted this in 2008 and now of course its 2011, but if you've had more experience with blogging on youtube and people like your blogs - could you please give me advice? I subscribed too... I just want people to watch my videos and like them =) how do I do that?

you kinda look away from the camera sometimes. and you move the camera a little bit.

yep. I had no idea the camera was moving. for some reason my N95 has nothing on the bottom that you can attach to a tripod or the like it seems.
