You are amazing!!!!!! I just got my HTC Vivid unlocked free. I did the emusic offer, and got my unlock code (which worked perfectly) faster than my first email from emusic!
@UzziPA Hi there! The model is actually not relevant. You may choose any model and it will work. What is 100% relevant is the fact that it is an HTC and it's IMEI. Please contact us with further queries!
@ahlf36 Hi there! We have since updated our site to support one easier service, which supports all HTC phones. So, please select either the "get it free" or "buy now" option which you will now see on our site.
@freeunlocks Hi nice video but i have a question. Ok im thinking about getting a phone from tmobile and like i already have a tmobile prepaid phone. um if i get a phone from online like it says it has to have a 2 year contract can i just put my prepaid sim card in it and use it like that?
@mgreen945 Considering we have successfully unlocked 1,246 phones this month (as of this instant), yes it works :) Contact us if you have any queries at all!
Hello..I am in California America and I have an HTC EVO..can this phone be unlocked?? I don't think that this phone takes a Sim card..I really want to unlock it though..Can you help me, please?? lolz..
@ladeetuufuli@Dharma81 @gas504 Hi, anyone with a CDMA (no SIM card) phone locked to Sprint USA, please contact us through our website. We CAN unlock it.
Holy cow!!! this just worked.. there are very few trial pay offers.. and i chose the least one.. 2.09$ bigfish game... and the procedure just worked as it is shown and i just unlocked my htc sensation 4g... i am in India and i am able to use airtel sim card... woo hoo!! thanks for the guys who put this together.....
WOOHOO,i can confirm that this has worked a treat.Got a HTC Wildfire that was locked to the 3 network, got my unlock code in an email and now my phone is using my T-Mobile sim.Happy days indeed.A+++++++++++
@freeunlocks thanks for the quick reply!!! Does your site have instructions on how to switch it to GSM? If you know how to do this then I will positively buy unlock codes from this site permanently. I think the phone is currently running on CDMA/LTE
@Filiflam Hi, assuming the phone has a GSM mode (that means that it supports SIM cards), it should be in the settings somewhere. If it doesn't support SIM cards, then it is a CDMA-only devices, in which case we cannot unlock it at this time. Please email us with further queries. support [at] freeunlocks [dot] com, or use the "contact us" link on our site.
@freeunlocks but what about an htc thunderbolt from verizon? Is it possible to unlock the phone and switch to at&t? I have heard reviews saying its not possible due to gsm and bla bla bla, but websites, like urs, claim it is possible if you buy the unlock code. I just want to know if it possible? I am in the united states and my carrier is at&t
@Filiflam Hi there. We can definitely get the code for you. However, our instructions say, for this model, that you will have to switch it to GSM mode first. Make sure you can do that, and then you can feel free to order the unlock code from our website. Please note that our instructions are for your reference only, and are not guaranteed to bring up the unlocking screen. The unlock code is guaranteed to work, however :)
Let us know if you have any questions at all -- email is preferred.
HOLY SHYT THIS ACTUALLY WORKED IT REALLY REALLY DID ACTUALLY WORK.. IMA REAL USER.. NOT A ROBOT.. AND USUALLY THEY MAKE U PAY 4 SUM BULL.. BUT THIS ACTUALLY WORKS.. ALL I GOTTA DO NOW IS CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP ON THAT EMUSIC STUFF.. WOW. I CAN'T BELIVE IT!!! LOL Ayeee Igotta new phone!!
@Faesalmajid Hi, please contact us with the country and provider to which your phone is currently locked, as it doesn't take SIM cards so it requires another solution.
@Towersen Hi, thanks for your feedback! I am not sure why you were charged €1. It was most likely for verification, and you will probably be refunded. In the US, the eMusic offer is a free one, but Euro may differ.
By the way, here's a Google Translate of your post: "Tested and working method, completing the emusic offer, yes, you are charged € 1 on the card and free of charge as they say ... but anyway, you can use a prepaid card if you do not trust bank, and for 1 € you free on mobile:)"
@uncharted185 Hi, we have recently updated our website to accomodate an easier to use HTC solution. All that is required is to choose either the "get it free" or "buy now" button, therefore bypassing the need for an IMEI number at this beginning stage. ^Adam

@TheDaviana1984 Hi, your phone is a CDMA model, and therefore cannot be unlocked using conventional methods. Please contact us via our website as we still will likely be able to assist you. ^Adam
@MeowChicken123 Not at all! After entering the code, all that changes is your phone's lock status, which turns to unlocked. It does not have to do with software, and therefore does not void any warranty. ^Adam
@mji1436 Hi there, please send us an email with your TrialPay order number and IMEI, and we will definitely be able to assist you! We apologise for the delay in receiving your code. In the meantime, please ensure that the email you entered in our Automatic IMEI page was correct; if so, please check your junk inbox to ensure that you didn't miss our email. ^Adam

Hi. i have a HTC Gratia A6380 and it does not work or it dont says any about input any code? when i start the phone its starts normal but it says my sim card provider does not accept this network?
@19852452 Hi there. Please call your provider to activate your SIM card. Your phone is unlocked, as it's not requesting a code after using a new SIM card.
I'm in south africa and my phone is not locked to any service provider i am currently using Vodacom sim card and my phone (htc chacha) is S on so i want to know can i do this unlocking thing with the normal sim card i use everyday?
@W3022 Hi. Unfortunately, you will need a non-accepted SIM card to initiate the unlock code screen. We recommend borrowing one from a friend; neither the phone or the SIM will be harmed in any way.
I done this and completed all requirements on the william hill betting offer. My E-mail with the Code hasn't came yet and it's been more than 15 minutes??
@theantheaaaaaa Hi, please email us to get your offer manually credited. This is sometimes caused by a ping error between the Advertiser and TrialPay.
@3akkoub Hi, an MEID is not the same as an IMEI. MEID's are for phones that don't use SIM cards. Please contact us, through our website, and we will try to find you a solution.
@MrGuden2 Hi there, It was down for about a day due to a kernel panic on our host's servers. We are now 100% up and running. Thanks for your question.
@SushiconWasabi Assuming it uses SIM cards (which I don't think US Cellular does, from memory) and that your phone's IMEI is supported, it will 100% work.
Hi, i live in Egypt which supports only GSM/UMTS 3G if i buy the htc Rezound "cdma phone" from verizon is it possible to unlock the phone and make it works in Egypt ?
@MrOmarlap Hi. Thanks for your query. Unfortunately, we cannot currently unlock CDMA (phones that don't use SIM cards) phones locked to Verizon USA, however we do support all GSM models (phones that do take SIM cards). Also, we don't only support HTC phones -- we support almost every phone, locked to most service providers worldwide. Please email us with any further questions! ^Adam
@natostraniero Hi there. Certainly. This is the IMEI + SV. The IMEI is 15 digits; the last 2 are the SV (software version) which is not needed for the IMEI, so you may disregard them when using our system. We only need the first 15 digits.
Hi, after clicking the Get It Free button, on both websites after entering my IMEI, I only see 10 available offers, not a whole list of offers. Where can I find the eMusic offer, for example?
@BillHicks420 Hi, depending on which region you are in, and the value of the code you are ordering (these codes cost us money), the sponsors who pay for your code, may differ. Unfortunately, TrialPay manages the offers, not us, so you will need to send TrialPay a query to their great customer support if you have any feedback. ^Adam
sorry to bother you but i have a question, i am going to get the sim card later on today that i will be unlocking the phone with , i want to get the unlock code the now but will it go invalid after a certain amount of time?, oh and also does this work with htc wildfire s with S-ON Thank You
@317Kamy Hi there, thanks for your question! The unlock code is specific to your device, and it will not go invalid due to the fact that our codes come from HTC's database. It will work with the HTC Wildfire S, but please check your IMEI at our website (as per the video). If you get the option to "get it free" or to "buy now" it means that our system has confirmed that we can indeed unlock your phone (from its IMEI). Let us know if we can assist you further! ^Adam
@GTAgamesfans Hi there! It's hard to support you here, so please email us and our support team will assist you in processing your code, until you are 100% satisfied. It seems like TrialPay must have had a problem processing your offer completion, but email us and we will assist you ASAP!
Will I be able to unlock my HTC Eris phone? It's On Verizion Lines and i want to use it on T-Mobile or some other carrier without useing a sim card!!!! Please help me!!! cause i don't want to keep buying phones!
I have a HTC Eris phone on Verizion lines and what i'd like to know is can this phone be unlocked to run on T-mobile lines? As you know T-Mobile uses a Sim card and Verizion doesn't. I dont want to keep buying phones!!! Please Help!!
@BorgmanJayce Hello. Unfortunately, TrialPay manages the offers, not us. Most offers would be available in the US, but the UK should have a lot of offers, depending on your model of phone (and your region), different offers will be available, due to different code values.
i completed the credit card offer and never received my unlock code... i have the card in my wallet lol but for some reason it said offer not yet completed can you help me out here?
@SrgtWookieD Hi there. It seems that there was a cache or cookie issue on either TrialPay's end or yours, but that's alright because we will process it manually for you. Please drop us an email and we will get this sorted out for you in no time! Thanks, Adam -- support at freeunlocks [dot] com
@UncleShotgun23 Hi there. You will need a non-accepted SIM card to get the phone to popup the request for the unlock code. It can be of any provider, other than the original, and it doesn't need to be active either. I would recommend borrowing a friend's if you don't have one; it won't do anything to the cart or the phone. Let me know if I can assist you further!
@bikeous23 That's a good question. It should work as 4G is backward compatible with 3G networks, but you will have to check with your 4G provider just to make sure. I'm 90% sure you will have no problems... please come back and let us know when you find out, as I'm sure many other users would be interested :)
@Mrkylelisman Hi, please contact us. We have a support team that will reply to your email within 8-24 hours. Sorry you are having problems, but we won't give up until you are satisfied. Regards, Adam - support [at] freeunlocks [dot] com
@Geelo1995 Yes, we can. Please check your specific IMEI by typing it into the green box at our site (see the video for a short tutorial on how to do so)
@TheAbraham101 Yes, it is supported as a model. However, your individual HTC IMEI may not yet be in HTC's database as of yet, but please try it by typing in your IMEI into the green box (please watch the video for a tutorial). The LG revolution can be unlocked at our main site: FreeUnlocks [dot] com.
@enhancedredneck Yes it does! Please check your individual IMEI (found by typing in *#06# or by looking under the battery) on our website in the green box. Contact us by email for a faster and more personal response :)
Is there no way to do it without the locked sim card, I'm going to a rural country were I will be supplied with a sim card, I need to unlock my phone for then, I will not have internet access.
@20Tomas08 Hi, for HTC phones you will need a non-accepted SIM card only (which will prompt you for the unlock code) :)
To actually get the code from us, we just need the IMEI (found under the battery) and the model of the phone. Email us if you have any further questions!
hello i boughta code with your service and it works perfect but when i get to touch the android thing and make the google account it never works. i cant get into the phone for some reason. what do i do
@segregatchin Thanks for using our site :). The problem you are having is most likely due to your not having data access enabled on your phone... for this, I would recommend that you call your provider, as for the APN and how to enter in into your phone. This APN will let you access the internet.
@kingjmmo Hi, as I have said earlier, depending on your region, the offers you see may be different to other's offers in other countries. There are many free offers in most locations, but even if you were to choose a paid offer, it would still most likely be cheaper than buying the code from anyone else, and you get the product you paid for (as well as the code for free).
@rawatchaman29 Please visit the site linked to in the description and/or watch the video. That should answer most of your questions... any further questions, please email me :)
@Lvpupkitn Depending on your location, and which specific code you are looking for, the offers may vary. Unfortunately, TrialPay manages the offers not us. While they are not for everybody, our site is specifically for those that would prefer to get their code for free after trying one of TrialPay's partners' offers. Please don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions at all :)
i got two blocked mobiles its nokia 6300 and blackberry pearl please if i send you the information by email will you unlock them for me please? its gonna take you 5 minutes dude, i did try your web site but its strange and i dont know how to use it
@Tomahawk7670 Hi. Sorry about that. This does not happen very often. It may be due to a cache error. Please email us at support at freeunlocks dawt com to sort this out for you ASAP.
@Tomahawk7670 Please click on the "Nokia" button on our site (URL is in title/description of this video) to see supported models. Contact us by email if you have any questions!
@Tomahawk7670 If your provider is supported, please click the corresponding "get it free" button. If you prefer to pay, choose the "no thanks, I'd rather pay" option in the upper right, after you click "get it free". Any further questions, please email me so that I can help you specifically.
@Tomahawk7670 Hi, it does depend on the model, but it is free if you choose the "get it free" option, which is explained in the video above. Please email me.
@tr3vinoju5tin Thanks for your question. Feel free to call AT&T and report back if they give you the code or not. I am not sure of what their exact policies are, but I know that T-Mobile requires that you have an account in good standing, over 90 days old. Otherwise, we can unlock it (see the video above for a tutorial). Let me know if you have any further questions!
@eands2010 Yup! Please watch the video to learn about the process, or visit trialpay dot com /support/faqs/about-trialpay/
(replace the dot com above)
In short, you get our 100% working, genuine unlock codes for free when you try or buy something from TrialPay's partners. It's a well known service and although not for everyone, we have 1,422 satisfied customers as of now!
@eaborda We always recommend that you call your provider first as they will be able to do it for you, however there are many people who don't have access to their original provider, or their account is no longer active. Our service is 100% legal; we get our codes directly from each provider's/manufacturer's tools, with their agreement of course (we pay them for these codes) and TrialPay is a hugely trusted company, as I mentioned earlier, who is a third party that manages all of our offers...
call ATT and they give you the code for free, they are required by law, i called them and they explained that to me, they said that all you have to do is just give them the IMEI and they give you the code on the spot and there's no charge, this is just a fucking scam.
@snpl07 Hi, unfortunately, we are only able to unlock GSM phones at this time (those that use SIM cards), not CDMA devices (those that work without SIM cards), sorry about that!
Usually CDMA devices require software, which as I said, we do not provide :(
@gioscar10 Thanks for the question. If you see your IMEI as 17 digits, simply use the first 15 digits. The last two (usually being 01, 02 or 03 on HTC's) are used to identify the devices Firmware version, and are not really part of the IMEI. Please use this when using our tool.
@maverickjdm998 TrialPay is actually a well known service, which has been featured in the New York Time, the WSJ and many more high profile media outlets. Our service simply takes advantage of their service. Their tagline is "Try or Buy something you want to get something you need for free", where our unlock code is the free product. You can cancel these trials at any time. Some trials include eBay, Netflix, Discover card, and many more highly regarded brand names. Feel free to ask me any Q's.
@Killswitchfan11 Thanks for your question. If you choose to pay, and the code doesn't work, we will definitely provide a refund. We just require a very short video displaying the IMEI of your phone (found by typing *#06# into your phone), and of you entering the code with any error received, to verify that it was an error on our part.
You are guaranteed a working code when ordering from us, and will do everything to make sure you have a positive experience.
@donOWNZ Hi. Thanks for your question. Yes, the phone will work with any carrier worldwide after the network unlock that we provide. It is 100% legal, permanent, easy, and safe :)
Let me know if you have any further questions. I can be reached by clicking the "contact us" button on our website, or you can chat to one of our reps on live chat at our website (they are currently available 24/7 to assist).

@3akkoub Hi, an MEID is not the same as an IMEI. MEID's are for phones that don't use SIM cards. Please contact us, through our website, and we will try to find you a solution.

And do you support only htc phones ?
MrOmarlap 3 months ago
@MrOmarlap Hi. Thanks for your query. Unfortunately, we cannot currently unlock CDMA (phones that don't use SIM cards) phones locked to Verizon USA, however we do support all GSM models (phones that do take SIM cards). Also, we don't only support HTC phones -- we support almost every phone, locked to most service providers worldwide. Please email us with any further questions! ^Adam

is it possible that the imei of my htc wing has 17 numbers ?
natostraniero 3 months ago
@natostraniero Hi there. Certainly. This is the IMEI + SV. The IMEI is 15 digits; the last 2 are the SV (software version) which is not needed for the IMEI, so you may disregard them when using our system. We only need the first 15 digits.

Hi, after clicking the Get It Free button, on both websites after entering my IMEI, I only see 10 available offers, not a whole list of offers. Where can I find the eMusic offer, for example?
BillHicks420 3 months ago
@BillHicks420 Hi, depending on which region you are in, and the value of the code you are ordering (these codes cost us money), the sponsors who pay for your code, may differ. Unfortunately, TrialPay manages the offers, not us, so you will need to send TrialPay a query to their great customer support if you have any feedback. ^Adam

sorry to bother you but i have a question, i am going to get the sim card later on today that i will be unlocking the phone with , i want to get the unlock code the now but will it go invalid after a certain amount of time?, oh and also does this work with htc wildfire s with S-ON Thank You
317Kamy 3 months ago
@317Kamy Hi there, thanks for your question! The unlock code is specific to your device, and it will not go invalid due to the fact that our codes come from HTC's database. It will work with the HTC Wildfire S, but please check your IMEI at our website (as per the video). If you get the option to "get it free" or to "buy now" it means that our system has confirmed that we can indeed unlock your phone (from its IMEI). Let us know if we can assist you further! ^Adam

Any chance of more offers for UK customers?
BorgmanJayce 4 months ago
@BorgmanJayce Hello. Unfortunately, TrialPay manages the offers, not us. Most offers would be available in the US, but the UK should have a lot of offers, depending on your model of phone (and your region), different offers will be available, due to different code values.
Let me know if you have any further questions!

Do you NEED a SIM card to accses the phone?
UncleShotgun23 4 months ago
@UncleShotgun23 Hi there. You will need a non-accepted SIM card to get the phone to popup the request for the unlock code. It can be of any provider, other than the original, and it doesn't need to be active either. I would recommend borrowing a friend's if you don't have one; it won't do anything to the cart or the phone. Let me know if I can assist you further!

bikeous23 4 months ago
@bikeous23 That's a good question. It should work as 4G is backward compatible with 3G networks, but you will have to check with your 4G provider just to make sure. I'm 90% sure you will have no problems... please come back and let us know when you find out, as I'm sure many other users would be interested :)

@20Tomas08 Hi, for HTC phones you will need a non-accepted SIM card only (which will prompt you for the unlock code) :)

segregatchin 5 months ago
@segregatchin Thanks for using our site :). The problem you are having is most likely due to your not having data access enabled on your phone... for this, I would recommend that you call your provider, as for the APN and how to enter in into your phone. This APN will let you access the internet.

@kingjmmo Hi, as I have said earlier, depending on your region, the offers you see may be different to other's offers in other countries. tr3vinoju5tin 6 months ago
@tr3vinoju5tin Thanks for your question. Feel free to call AT&T and report back if they give you the code or not. Otherwise, we can unlock it (see the video above for a tutorial). Let me know if you have any further questions!

In short, you get our 100% working, genuine unlock codes for free when you try or buy something from TrialPay's partners. It's a well known service and although not for everyone, we have 1,422 satisfied customers as of now!
freeunlocks 6 months ago
@eaborda We always recommend that you call your provider first as they will be able to do it for you, however there are many people who don't have access to their original provider, or their account is no longer active. Our service is 100% legal; we get our codes directly from each provider's/manufacturer's tools, with their agreement of course (we pay them for these codes) and TrialPay is a hugely trusted company, as I mentioned earlier, who is a third party that manages all of our offers...
freeunlocks 6 months ago
call ATT and they give you the code for free, they are required by law, i called them and they explained that to me, they said that all you have to do is just give them the IMEI and they give you the code on the spot and there's no charge, this is just a fucking scam.

heyy what if my imei number is a 17 digit number???
gioscar10 6 months ago

If the unlock code isn't found after I choose to pay, is there a refund?
Killswitchfan11 7 months ago
@Killswitchfan11 Thanks for your question. If you choose to pay, and the code doesn't work, we will definitely provide a refund. We just require a very short video displaying the IMEI of your phone (found by typing *#06# into your phone), and of you entering the code with any error received, to verify that it was an error on our part.
You are guaranteed a working code when ordering from us, and will do everything to make sure you have a positive experience.

@Killswitchfan11 And yes, if it is not found, we will definitely refund, or suggest a possible backup option. :)
