U need to keep the door closed when it is washing and rinsing. Did u have any water come out onto the floor when u opened the door during the rinse? I'm glad that my machine doesn't let me do this.

nah the lock is all perfectly working but if you press in a certain spot and pull the handle a lil harder it just comes undone lol
