The U.S. is the new Rome. The scarlet beast that the whore/harlot sits upon is representative of Rome. Of course, Rome fell...yet, biblical reference in Revelations calls Mystery Babylon, as the one that was, is, yet is. I believe, America is the revived Roman empire. I have another question and I'm sorry I should have asked it yesterday. In all your other videos you actually use the names/place names of what God wrote. Like Gog/Magog etc.. But with Babylon we're seeing her around the world from where she actually was.

Why is that?

I am certainly not doubting she looks like the US, but for consistency of prophecy wouldn't it be the place where Babylon actually was? I'm so thankful that there are people in the US who love Jesus.

Mr. Perry, In your number 3 video in this series the Bible talks of the Medes conquering Babylon. Didn't this already happen when Cyrus the Great, a Mede, conquered the Persian empire...then came Alexander the Great from Macedonia which is now part of Greece?

Yes, the Medes did conquer Babylon, but not like Sodom and Gomorrah. This prophecy has not been fulfilled.

I will stir up against them the Medes, ... they will have no mercy on infants nor will they look with compassion on children. Babylon, the jewel of kingdoms, the glory of the Babylonians' pride, will be overthrown by God like Sodom and Gomorrah. First, in order to properly identify Mystery Babylon the Great we must carefully consider every detail of the prophecy that identifies her. Who ever she is must completely fulfill every detail of the prophecy.

No, Rome cannot be Mystery Babylon the Great. Only a rich superpower could fulfill every detail of Revelation 17 & 18.

In my opinion we need to also consider Jeremiah 50 & 51, because it is connected to Revelation 17 & 18.

The key to Mystery Babylon is in Rev 17:18: "The woman you saw is the GREAT CITY that rules over the kings of the earth." The Whore is a religious system, and the City is the City from where the whore operates. Whores and prostitutes in scripture always indicate spiratual adultry/fornication, i.e. being unfaithful to God. This is contrasted with the true church who is a chaste virgin (2 Cor 11:2). It is not God who destroys Mystery Babylon but the Beast and the 10 kings (Rev 17:15-17).

This is at the 1/2 way point of the tribulation when the Antichrist goes into the Temple and declares himself God and demands worship. The city is judged by God at Christ's second coming (Rev 16:19 & Rev 18). These are 2 different events.

10 nations of Divided Rome 476 to present day

Little horn arrises among the 10 nations and uproots 3 of the 10. 508 to present day.

It might be a good idea to start trusting in God because the USA are going to enforce the Image of the Beast and the Mark of the Beast in America first. You must be solid in your faith before the Mark of the Beast is enforced because probation ends when the Mark of the Beast is enforced. When the Mark is enforced flee to the wilderness, the mountains and take nothing with you. The Bible promises that his people will not be hurt during Jacob's trouble see Psalms 91 and claim those promises.

Spiritual Babylon is made up of three powers, the Dragon, the Beast and the False Prophet. We all know the dragon represents Satan but he works through human powers. In Christ's day that was the Roman Empire. The beast is the sea beast of Rev. 13 which we know as the Papacy and the False Prophet is the earth beast known today as the USA.
