Was this a rip from a CD, or was it from a website, or recorded directly from the game? If t was from a site, what was the bit rate of the file?

The star symbol for SMT isn't meant to be satanic at all.
It's actually a form divinitionary protection against demons.
The original Japanese logo was actually a seal of soloman that had the words god engraved all over it written in Abrahamic and the symbols for Alpha & Omega.
If anything the SMT symbol is occult. Occult by it's very nature is not satanic. Occult simply means hidden knowledge.

@LeMaitreDeSorts ps and p4 is too synthetic for my liking, p2s version has a strong piano accompaniment whereas p3/p4 is more orchestral.
