@butterfy26 They can't use actual newborns llegaly for safety and insurance reasons. So when someone gives birth on t.v. or in a movie the baby is about 3-6 months old in real life and they just act like it's a newborn. Not to mention they can only keep the baby for a little while so they use rubber "realistic looking" dolls for the other time. The baby Haley is holding is a real 4 month old baby but the one Nathan is talking to is a doll.

I love it how on TV shows the lady always gives "birth" too a huge 14lb baby that can smile and hold their head up. Funny, and labour is so not as lovely as that, i had a c-section and felt all of it bar the incision, and I also watch my friend have a natural and it was horrific!, x
