Bach composed it for the pipe organ, and should remain a Organ composition.

Not true. this piece was written for an ensemble with organ just one of the instruments specified.

Does it sound better on a Organ, or a Piano? Bach's composition needs the sounds of Flutes that is available on a Pipe Organ, that is not available on a Piano.

No, it wasn't. It was written for Baroque orchestra (trumpet in C, oboe, strings) with mixed choir. I'm making an engraving based on Bach's score.
