she meant "popo"... meaning the German word "Po", or "Popo", which simply means "ass" (apparently a "proper" description in the EU-Parliament for describing somebody, who has been elected by the people, as opposed to a well based and well formed critic against a non elected buerocrat...) no comment, really.
