  • Why don't you let your snake feed itself

  • cant you feed them with mealworms or crickets??

  • I used to feed my baby corn every 3 days, it was 25cm when I got it, now 5 months later it's 70cm

  • That snake might have been in pain

  • the snake is like

    'NOOO i dont wanna!!!'

  • i have a hatching snake i just buy it last week and it just came off the egg and i feed him in a mini pieces of insects, vitamins and etc to keep it 100% save

  • @flatroncup Snakes shouldnt have insects. rodents should do because they have everything it needs :)

  • Great video! I'm glad I've never had to do that. I hope I never do!

  • I take heart from chicken, cut into small pieces and soak in milk (calcium) before feeding.

    Good job mate...;-)

  • what are you feeding it??

  • my hognose snake won't eat i need some advice.

  • thats kinda crule...

  • @bobster869snakeboy

Thats kinda either help snake live or let it die. Read up or shut up

  • mine is about that size and ive had it for a week or so and it just throughs it back up. some guy from snake bytes told me to rub the pinkie on my bearded drangon but that wont work eather, what should i do?!?!?!?!

  • @ripziggyforlife555 just a week or so? leave him settle in 1st, dont feed for about a week with no handly just make sure has water then feed on the 7th day, then handle 2days after if he feeds, id never handle a non feeder as over handling young snakes can put them off feeding

  • when i was doing voluntary work at a reptile shop in north london

i did this to 60 baby royal pythons

it does appear like your hurting them but its fine

assist feed is sometimes better than force feed in some cases

helps them recognise the food in their mouth and swallow themselves

  • since you know about corn snakes, is it ok that mine is feeding every 4/5 days at the moment? its only about 3 months old

  • @lhiggins00243 thats little bit too often, i feed them every 6/7days.

  • @lhiggins00243 5 days is perfect 6/7 days is for adults this guy has it all wrong

  • @lhiggins00243

That feeding schedule is perfectly fine when given proper temps. I feed all younger Ball pythons, colubrids and other smaller species every 3 days to help along their growth spurts.

  • fead snakes once a week

  • interesting i have always wondered how people do this thanks for uploading

  • @EasLosKing its not as easy as it looks, dont try unless been shown how to in person by an experienced person.

  • i had the same problem with one from my clucth just get a pinky and cut the top of its head to expose the brain

  • tried all the methods before i resorted to force feeding, as it causes alot of stress and ended up dying most probly from the the stress
