Actually I would suggest she has obsessive-compulsive disorder. Did you notice how after the train passed, she continued touching things, like the deck and posts in the background? What she did was dangerous, but if she does have OCD, she really has no choice, its wired in her brain to force her to do things like this. I think I know what she was doing. Some people don't really see walking among moving cars as a big deal or dangerous. So I think she was bored out of her mind. You know what people do sometimes when they jump from on floor tile to not the next one but the one after. She was kinda doing the same with the train. Notice how she "grabs" the air in the first hole of the red car and then the first of the green one too. Also her walking posture is of a person that has too much time on her hands.

This is only an issue to me for two reasons: A. The train shares the street with automobile traffic (there's a special name for that type of train track, which I forget the name of- anyone who remembers please comment for me), so she has to worry about automobile traffic, and B. She's high on drugs. Other than that, I don't exactly see an issue b/c the train is moving so slow...
