@westie420uk haha, I don't know! Someone said that they put that on people if they spit on a cop, then pull it down for the mug shot, which makes sense, but I can't find anything that confirms it, and I don't want to try it to find out.

Also, I can only guess from the collar, but he appears to be wearing scrubs in a few of the pics. Could be something they gave him in jail? But, while I don't really know how the system works, it seems weird that they'd give him new attire before the mug shots.

But for this video, it's been 0/3,563, and I'm regularly getting comments from people who seem mad at me for "hating on Ted Williams," so I'd really like to stop giving them that impression if possible.
