I can assume based on probability that a unicorn does not exist. Yet unicorns are as likely to exist as god so again i can assume god does not exist based on probability.

More black atheist are sure to come as the paradigm of old religions continue to shatter.

It does wacky things.Factoring out solving all theories, we honestly know nothing. Until we can transcend our human boundaries (Within our plane), we can not define 'brute facts' on life. While I do agree with your idea that their could be a god but the proof of one's existence is the fundamental reason people lack a faith in one, that and the massive amounts of religions. As for matter and quantum mechanics we only have theories, but they have recently trapped antimatter so perhaps we can grasp a better understanding of these things, or I'm just hopelessly optimistic.
