  • SHITS WEAK !

  • Nice boner

  • im at 143, rep out 135 28 times no spot, to chest, full range of motion. 225 8 times same way. Stop uploading videos, your nothing special and neither am I. and imi 18 too.... Much better shape than you are I must say tho my chubbulicious friend

  • I like to see you do this with freeweights, would end diffrently. I can do 275lb free weight bench, 17 y/o @ 160bw 6ft tall. On the machine, I can do 315 for 2 all the way down

  • im14 and i can do 200lbs

  • i hope u know that smith machines have counter weights in them, usually 30 pound counter weight

  • Terrible form, didn't touch your chest, and guided weights are sooo much easier than free weights. baddddddd

  • holy fuck 1 rep!

  • i weigh about 150 couldnt imagin doin that much preatty good

  • yeah i know i did everything right but touch my chest but i guess people don't know powerlifting form

  • @TheDavidgibby you also lift your lower body up a bit. Is this ok or is it cheating because i have the same problem.

  • @22complexity most people consider this the wrong form or"cheating" because it helps you use momentum and body weight to bring the weight up... you should be basically flat on the bench and just moving your arms

  • rossmannboy is a faggot face dick fart and he needs to choke on a weiner

sup david , your gay faggot

  • thats not impressive, you can only do it once, if you could do it more than 10, then itl be impressive

  • Don't worry about the arching your back thing; its actually a powerlifting technique that allows one to somewhat incorporate their whole body into the lift. Chances are you wouldn't have been able to lift nearly that much without it. Good job at pushing crazy iron at such a low body-weight!

  • thats not even a bench....

  • First get a real bench you cheating bitch...No ones counts that shit on a smith..

Second are you tryna fuck the bar??? keep your back down

  • @Doctor3990 That was about perfect powerlifting form. To lift max weight he's rolled back on his traps, back arched with heels planted. The power comes all the way through the legs, the back is solid, like a spring board for maximum push.

I hate smith, but at least his form is great, and not everyone has a lifting partner or spotters.

  • @Doctor3990 The only thing he didnt do right was he didnt touch his chest.

  • first off get a free bar, second off be careful with the fucking back, dam i was squeemin at the sight of that.

  • Hi baby! :D

  • i know i use both this and bench press with free weights my max is the same on the free weights as this i just don't have access to a free weight bench right now and on my bench if i hit my chest i would have to take off the self spotter things and i don't really have anyone to spot me right now but the reason i wanted to wait tell i was 20 i am 18 right now is because i wanted to work on my technique and get stronger and get to 165lbs with maybe 8% or less bodyfat and can i have a big arch?

  • Second you have to bring the bar all way down until it touchs your chest, in this video you come a few inches short of your chest, if you do that in competition the lift will not count. Not only that but in competition you must pause the bar on your chest for about half a second.

Third having an arch is fine, but you must remain arched throughout the entire lift, your butt or anything else needs to pretty much remain in place and not move, arms only should be moving.

  • Nice work although if you plan to compete as a powerlifter there are a few things you will need to work on which you may know or may not know but I will go ahead and tell you in case you don't.

First of all the bench your using, they do not use in competitions, the bench you use is a smith machine, they use free weight bench presses, those are the bench press sets where the weight is not connected to a shaft and do not have hooks on them.

  • you are really strong

  • but i still got it up and my back is totally fine its not hurt at all and your suppose to have a little bit of an arch in your back anyways.

  • @TheDavidgibby you arching your back turns the exercise from a bench press to a decline press..

  • you could brake your back o_o to heavy for you men o_o

  • why

  • lolz at bench
