    It's not completely fake. What they do is get in a studio audience and play the pre-recorded video they've shot. And the audience laughs. And they have microphones that pick up the sound. So it's not like they've just got some random laughter off a CD somewhere and plugged it into the soundtrack at appropriate moments.

    I went to a preview of their new show a few weeks ago. Needs a bit of editing, but some of it was very funny.
