  • Weight loss is always a slow process! Got the same problem with me. I'm also working out to lose weight then gain muscle. I found this certain website that I could share with you, it helped me aim not to look bloated but muscular and lean. It's important to tone those sagging body parts specially the arms. Check out my profile, I posted the link there. I can't post it in Youtube this time.

  • 4 weeks ? 10 lbs ? that means in roughly 2 months i can lose 20 pounds!!!! what about nutrition?

  • Its simple - run or go fast with bike, its cardio active sport, then you will lose lots of fat.

  • heavy means progress. stronger. more weights every month. if not your routine / diet / rest is not working. think. re evaluate. adjust.

    come on! muscles burns fat. big muscles burn more fat. you want a natural strong, muscular body : heavy deads, heavy sqaut, heavy press, heavy pull up, heavy row, heavy dips. supplement with lateral raises, triceps pd, hanging leg raises, rotator cuffs. split in 3 days a week. simple. heavy. basic. keep it short. eat 400g protein from food, 150 g fat from sardins, fish oil, oils, 50-100 g carbs from broccoli, spinach. think. re evaluate. adjust.

  • Can you tell me why someone would need to change their workout in order to burn fat?

    That is a huge misconception. People's workouts should stay exactly the same as before such as if they were trying to get stronger or bigger -- only difference is they need to scale overall volume back a bit.

    Otherwise, people should still be lifting heavy as ever and shooting for PR's while hitting all the muscle groups. Doing kickback's and unnecessary box steps ups aren't going to help at all.

  • Hey, try telling people to lose less than 3lbs a week, well those who are trying to build muscle. If you lose too mught weight in fast amount of time you'll lose muscle tissue also
