Wow, nice video, talk about a serious transformation!!! Jay Cutler truly is a role model. He is as genuine, focused, hard working , dedicated, & heartwarming a champion as ever been. This "transformation" just goes to show what true focus, determination, discipline, & hard work can bring to you if you believe & work hard enough-.& of course when u find that perfect "cocktail" that your body responds to. But make no mistake, without the training, eating, and focus he would be nothing.

I still find it interesting that even though he has taken the more advanced "supplements," I still think Schwarzenegger, and even Franco, had a more muscular chest. @StanBennet Isnt it interesting though that even as it stands today two of the best chests of all time are Arnold and Franco! Even with the evolution of the training techniques, machines, supplements, nutrition, and of course drugs Arnold still has the best chest ever. Id in fact put the top 3 chests of all time as Arnold, Franco, & The Myth Sergio. I personally think its the combination of super hard free weights,plus tremendous volume while going to failure over the numerous years.Like Branch
