what is the difference b/w chi iron guard and chi silk infusion

i heard they both protect hair from heat damage.

i know one is more like a serum and the other one is a spray

what is the difference?

Well, Chi 44 Iron guard seems pretty obvious to what it does.

The silk infusion just makes your hair softer and shinier. This is the serum. But for it to actually work and for the silk to 'infuse' with you hair, you need to apply heat.

Otherwise you're not doing anything for your hair.

Chi 44 Iron gaurd, that's the heat protectant spray.

CHI Silk Infusion is a leave in conditioner, I am a hairdresser and I use it on wet hair, if i am going to heat style it such as flat iron or blow dry, if the hair is really dry i will add a bit more while i am flat ironing. The Iron guard on the other hand is applied to dry hair only, and it protects the hair from the intense heat of the flat iron, this product is used for over processed hair, i,e: Color or perms.

When you first started, it looked almost like your model wanted to cry. I'm sure it's the dramatic makeup minus the bright lights of the cameras made her eyes look very dark. Soooo much better in the bright pictures though.

I loved her hair when you brushed out the curls but it was still wavy. It looked awesome on her.

I've been considering a Chi iron, I don't iron my hair that often, but I'm tired of passing over my hair 3 and 4 times with minimal results- I feel like I'm just frying it.

Is the regular basic model a good choice? Is there something cheaper but of comparable quality that you would recommend?

I currently own studio finish concealer from mac and after an hour of wear, under my eyes it becomes gray. i know of eve pearl's salmon concealer but is there any other concealer i can get that will prevent that from happening? or am i using the mac concealer incorrectly? lol

Other viewers have suggested the benefit erase paste, I use it, but I can recommend mixing it with your eye cream before applying it, it goes on soo much better, especially if you have dry eyes

the chi is a good straightner.. it straightens your hair well.. ive had two.. my first one broke when my friend dropped it but ive had my other one for over 2 years and it works just fine and trust me ive dropped it a few times lol.. the only thing is lately its been leaving my hair feeling dry the first day after i straighten it. i recently ordered the babyliss nano so im excited to try that one! :)
