I'm not upset.

I like to engage people.

I would like the truth to get out.

I want a fair deal as we say.

I would just be happy to see some barginning right now and some flexability from our employer.

Long after this strike is over people will look hard at working for INCO and I suspect we will have trouble attracting good people. Right now In Thompson they still have everything we have and a higher base rate and they are having trouble attracting new hires.

They are even loosing people.
