Lol, the run is to cover the area in the shortest time possible, not specifically for the camera. The jump may look stupid, but it was just a way to get from the position he was in to a starting position for the run.
why does he need 2 cover an area in the shortest time possible?Hes not in a race!!Surely he cud have done a better jump over the railings like a front flip or something,cause other wise he just looks stupid with his big beard! Would yous ever consider giving it up and stop posting videos on youtube?

You twit, we were doing conditioning training (hence the sprint), it was dark and the area is hard to move around because of the trolleys sticking out all over the shop. Meant I had to take it slowly enough until I could clear the rail.
