Swimming is great for those who can. Great exercise and it feels wonderful. That's what I have been doing this weekend. I'm skinny, but it's still good for my health. As well as playing outside with your kids or whatever you can do.

recnently i have been getting healthY by cycling and i used to freerun but i was bad at it,the point is i went outside and just had fun and was active even for 15 mins ,i decided to join the british army and one of their tests is a mile and a half in 12 mins and i compltd it in 9:39 and that was by watching what i eat and just going out and having fun,and a good thing is ice skating .
