I encourage everyone who is interested to read Baha'u'llah's "The Seven Valleys" You can find it online. It is the religious interpretation of the climb through the levels of consciousness. Interesting enough it is saying a very similar thing despite being written over 100 years before Spiral Dynamics.

Love the presentation but do not agree with the chronology of it.

Spiral Dynamics may be right, but the times allotted to each stage of "consciousness evolution" are definitely not, the again why waste psychic energy over such an infinite commodity as time . . .

In either case, Spiral dynamics have got my attention for now.

How is God Amoral? God was not proving anything to satan. The point is that satan must come to God in order to work in Gods world. The point is that God is God even over satan. Satan is not a diffrent God but a created being still under the authority of the One true God. God has all rights over creation. Remember the creation is FALLEN and could be destroyed when ever God pleases. He would be just in doing so. He is not only "loving" He is a rightous judge, how can excute anytime He pleases.

yeah, individuals and communities can evolve faster than the species as a whole. There have been plenty of ancient masters whose consciousness was well beyond the species' center of gravity at their time.
