Hi, thanks for your comment. First what iPod/MP3/Music device are you using? Have you made sure that the cord is plugged in properly to your idog and the MP3 device. If youre using the built in mic of the idog, its really not a good mic and doesn't work well. If all is what it should be and it still doesn't work you could check the manual for troubleshooting or call the company that makes them. Hope I have helped, and thanks again for your comment.

hey i just got my idog ampd and im wondering why its not dancing alot to my music and the lights are not coming on to the music please help me :)

Maybe your Mic in the I-Dog is not working or need batteries, Emo199234.
