If I were to make a list of the 'Best of the last', this would be at the top of my list. I can kind of understand why Ovidijus came in last as I don't find the song as memorable on first listening as other entries that year. But it's still beautiful; all the newcomers of '94 brought great songs into the contest, in my opinion.
