I can't shrink. I've turned off the page file, system restore, everything. I've defragged the hard drive until it's quite literally at 0% fragmentation, and I've done an analysis and there's plenty of space left at the end of the drive and no unmovable files. It still won't let me shrink. I'm tempted to use gparted or perfectdisk, but from what I've heard, that can cause serious problems and I'm not able to back anything up at the moment. Halp? About 130 GB free on a 380 GB hard drive.

windows 7 beta ( now closed) and RC will expire June 2010 and will require a purchased cd key. and windows 7 will automatically find all the drivers for you if u have internet access (just go to windows updates)

in personal opinion, i think windows 7 is be superior to any other OS. Its far more stable and faster and you can run windows XP and vista programs easier including anti viruses with the improved compatibility modes. (virtual xp)
